As all three leagues are asking for team lists at the same time, if you provide us with one we will use it for all of the leagues that you enter - unless you make us aware of any differences that you require there to be

So, let me get this right.
The FBL stops counting frames all-together, and the FCL scoring system doesn't change at all.
Season after season, I've been begging you guys for a more accurate league. One league out of 3 that would count frames alone. Not only do you fail to do it, but you go in the other direction!
chris pointed out the downside that playing each other once can decide the season in one fixture, that's not true if you count frames alone without the silly 20 point bonus........and there I was suggesting just that, and instead you extend the season to solve that problem.
pirate spoke of getting 2 contrasting leagues in his explanation of the new FBL scoring. If you wanted contrast, you'd drop the bonus points (change the scoring) in FCL as well. Which is the way it started out, the way it was originally intended.
Once again there isn't even one league that's decided by frame count. FCL remains a compromise, and the other 2 leagues decided completely by match wins.

A rule i think that should be changed for the new season ,
rule 5.7 5.7 The making of subs
Only the Captain or Vice Captain of a clan can make substitutions and swaps. The only exception to this is deadline day, where anyone in the clan may make a substitution or swap to avoid a game going to default.
A captain should have the option to message runners to opt out of this. Default wise its at the captains risk , but why should a player that's been online the majority of the fixture and messaged their opponent get subbed out on deadline day by the other team because they get nagged.

The rule should be changed that if a player is inactive from a particular fixture say for 5 days and no sub has been made, then there is no way their player should be allowed to be subbed out especially if one of the players has been active the entire time and made all the effort should not be subbed on DEADLINE day.

It's a farce atm, some teams do no actions and know full well they can sub in whoever they want on deadline day.

And the way that it didn't work. Hence the change that has been in place since with no major issues.

Playing each other clan once was a downside not a complaint. If you wanted a complaint then I would comment on a point per frame only scoring system.

Whilst I understand the issue I would rather this was a clan management issue rather than a league issue. Captains should make their team members fully aware of what they expect of them either in terms of last minute subbing in or refusal to. Just needs a simple post on the thread or private messages to anyone affected. If having done that their team members do something different then that's their own problem not the opposition.

"the way that it didn't work" is an opinion. One that you've forced on all 3 leagues. My opinion is any league that awards the team that didn't win the most frames doesn't work.

Some teams push people subbing in on deadline day . Most capts are online on deadline day or post the subs that are available. The option should be there for a captain to say that no sub will be made . eg a player has been online 13 days of fixture and gets subbed out on final day because opponent who hasnt been online until the last day is online : /

You keep bringing this up (and for the record, I'm on your side with the bonus points argument, it's the way I wanted to go) but the overall majority have argued heavily (again and again!) that bonus points are wanted in this league. Repeated arguments don't help

Actually no. If you think the players would accept something that they did not like being 'forced' on them then I am sure they would find that quite disrespectful.

There was a vote in fbl a season or 2 ago. yes they won the vote, by less than 10 percentage points

Wouldn't you say 40+% deserve 1 of 3 leagues their way?
