So now ive done it, made my first ryhm
I will do the next one soon, just give me some time
Thought this thread would be easy, so i believed
But now im almost finished, im totally relieved

'Perspective'

As I sit here and write this
Many thoughts going through my head
Some good but mainly bad ones
About days I mostly dread

Been through a lot lately,
Nearly lost my mum twice
Second the scariest one, few minutes more
She could have lost her life

An operation refused as deemed to be too risky
Would mean going through her heart
Now injections daily,
To keep her levels on a safety chart

She's home now,
Definitely a little fighter
Don't know how she does it
I just hope the future is a little brighter.

As all this happens, it makes me think
How everything is just not as good as it all could be
But then to see her radiant smile even when I blink
Still shows she tries to be happy.

Take all the above into account
She tries to keep being active
A good day here, bad day there
Puts it all into perspective

She deserves none of this, all she's been is a great mum
To eight great children, okay minus one
Loved us daily &
Nurtured us to be our Best.

Please keep her in your thoughts & prayers
As each day is an appreciated gift
She's my rock, my everything
Hopefully this ode will gift her a supersonic lift.
