Oh what great poems thankyou peeps
And i didnt even have to beg
The only thing i had to do
Was leave a title about an egg

You all give me faith on this thread
It just leaves me wanting more
So here i go with the titles again
And i want poems and rhymes galore!

Just one more thing id like to add
Or rather i want to ask
Can i do what i used to
And turn it into a task?

It involves me leaving the title
And you lot reply with a rhyme
Then i decide on the winner
Its for fun and to just pass time

Bored as sin, I want to twerk,
Leave this place, find a dancefloor,
Have a drink, maybe some more.

So bring on Friday, the day to dance,
Instead of marching, around like ants,
Get a tad drunk, a bit merry,
Go on guys, have a drink for meeeee!

Twerk away Chappy we wont look
We'll actually pay you a quick buck
Dont wait for Friday just dance away

Reading everyone rhyming

once played for free
she once charged
a tenner to take out her bin

Writing a poem is like eating pie.
You take a minute and look into the sky.
You chew away on your favourite dish.
Your hoping it rhymes but do not wish
When your ready you begin to type
And hope ur not talking aload of tripe
Then take a second and look what you wrote
Forgettting for a minute your on a boat
Rocking and weaving on the gigantic ocean
Its confused you that much you haven't got a notion
I think its best i write when im home
If i stay on this boat i will die alone.
That cannot happen as i went on holiday
But got stuck on that boat as hidden stowaway

Title : Smile/smiling

Smiling!

Remember when you were narcoleptic
And how much it did my head in
You'd sit playing pool in the evenings
Eating kebabs and drinking tin after tin

I would say 'be right back I need a smoke'
You'd say 'take your time, I hope you choke!'
I knew for a fact that when i got back
You'd be asleep under your coat

Although i wanted to kick your head in
That was going back a while
So I'm willing to forgive you
As the memories make me smile

I'm sorry about that, my sleeping was important to me
You can't look this good drinking only a cup of tea.
We played all day and drank all night, when your make up
ran out it gave me a freight :-p
Those days were the best playing some games, fighting it out with funky_dave.
We met for breakfast, dinner and tea! Drinking that fosters
till we both needed a pee. I once fell a sleep with a kebab
in my lap, woke up in the morning with chillie on my face.
You smoked 70 a day and was always brb, but it made chuckle as I wanted a fag!
Day after day we spoke about my mam, she still wants to thrash you
over her van. :-)

I've been asked to write a poem,
But I'm not sure what to say,
This pooler is an absolute EEJIT,
Yet would brighten up yer day,
Marching in strange clothing,
0r photo's in the bath,
A smile will form upon yer gub,
And turn into a laugh!

At first she was a cutie,
Turns out she's now a minx!!
The usernames changes on funkypool,
Is the reason why I drinks!!!!!

The way things used to be
Sorrow fills my heart these days
No smile can rescue me

Bank holiday weekend, another so soon,
The sun is out, lets grab a tin,
Whip out the stereo, put on a tune,
Reminds me of Mesh BBQ's and bags for bins.

Sitting in the sun, working that tan,
Eating a burger, spark another can,
Pass me bottle, I think its also mine,
Oh the joys, of partying in the sunshine.

It's the summer time and the weather is clear
Writing a poem for paula my dear
The sun cream lotion in hand with a glass of wine
Basking outdoors in this fabolous sunshine

Summer is a time for family memories
Sitting on a beach to those old melodies
Sunshine burning everyone around
Some people have to head homebound

Chilling at home in front of a cooling fan
Looking at the rewards of your beautiful tan
You are pleased about the weather today
Hoping it decides to stay all through May.

Summer is my favourite time of the year
Away with the coats and winter clothes
Sitting in the garden watching kids play in the pool
which took me 3 hours to fill with a hose

The nights are lighter, the mornings too
Its easier to get up out of bed
It always seems to make you drink more tho
So those early starts always come with a sore head
