Yeh I agree the opponent should be informed, if the captains are given the chance and time to do it, one of your players asked for a sub from TRO 27 mins after chris posted to release the fixtures, then a player from their other opponents asked for a sub 6 hours after the release, why ? lol

I personally don't see the problem, my opponent was offline for more than 4 - 5 days and all i did was contact the team and tell them that - also included that i would wait to see if they come online. 10+ days offline may have been a different story though but waiting is what you should be doing in most cases.

Yeh nothing wrong with informing a team their player has been offline so many days, if its done in a friendly manner the captain might even thank you for letting them know, maybe they didn't realise, but pushing for a sub in the first day or 2 wont get much thanks from most or any captain.

i think no subs should be asked for before 5-7 days myself to give players a chance to play matches especially fbl.
as i could sub a guy out in 3 days and say hes playing 8uk both 8uk games get played and the player cant play as he can only sub back in to game type he was schedulled to play.

Hey clanners,
I'm getting fed up of clans, mostly because alot of the new clans seem to be making tactical changes which I never have felt this is in the spirit of clans maybe just me but sub are just for if your players inactivate or the game is struggling to get played.
Also the rudeness on the thread. Its a like a daily thing I am getting insulted on a thread these days.
And I know people play to win i get that but its like a life or death on here at the moment like this is the premier league where it isn't. Its just for fun!!!!!
Also I hate this i won 9-6 but i should of got more comments I mean is it me or is that really demorralising? (spell check not helping there)
I dont like the same people trying to cause trouble and no one doing anything about it, I mean really captains should get rid of trouble makers but if there good players then who cares eh?
Oh well im just ranting now no one will take this seriously and people will think its aimed at hem when its probably not as people like to feel targeted on funky but just think people should grow up and play the games set and quit stressing me out.
Anyways don't expect anything to change so this is a pointless post, sorry.

Why have subs at all? If a player doesn't show, then match is forfeit. Simple. It would make teams more efficient, and captains would pick the best players for team, reliability would become a bigger factor. If we can't make it work with 16 per team, cut to 8.

I'm not a great fan of 'Golden Cues' but I think this will form the basis of an individual award as it is easy to maintain.

^^, i was on 2 before. But played one wednesday night and got 1.. so 3 shouldnt it be?

Yep - just checked and I think there should be 99 event bonus points at present but I can only account for 96 so if anyone spots any missing ones they have just let me know - I will post the full list I have above ^^^
