This post brightened up my otherwise very dull day in paradise!!
You do post rubbish but it is normally an ineligible sub or making up some random fixtures that just confuse everybody or posting scores on the wrong thread.
Foxy was a great captain and other captains agreed because he was very willing to make subs/swaps when required, you are not up to the job.
Please learn the difference between "to" and "too." Reading your posts is painful!!
Well as i am sure i am the most disliked Vice captain in the leagues.but all this harrasment should be stopped by some 1 either a mod are the league runners.with foxy it was none stop posting bad things about me. im to old, to stupid, and on and on.i have been a captain for years,i have forgot more than he ever new about running a clan.And Craig has admitted at 1 time was as bad as foxy.the more you post on are thread the more i will delay things.and as far as subs are conscerned I sent them atleat 5 eligible subs.and did not receive any from them till almost deadline.I have always got a long with mich but badger is nothing but a trouble maker.i do not go around just posting rubbish just to have something to do lol.and unless you have games with any clan stay off there thread a no brainer.

I never normally post on these threads, but I can't understand how a team can go unbeaten all season and still lose the league, just doesn't make sense and It's totally unfair, this rule has to be changed surely, or give more points for each fixture won to avoid this happening.

In FIFA WC 2010, New Zealand were the only undeafeated team in the tournament. But Spain won the cup. :/

I can see the point people are trying to make but I also feel that the clan that accumulated the most frames should also be in contention for the title. The main reason I do not like the TCL is because of people gaining such an advantage on bonus points and I will not be looking to introduce such a method in the FBL.

But on a positive side it is the only league where the winners are decided 100% from actual play and not from anything else at all.

I am sorry but that is incorrect...
"and not from anything else at all" - The majority of the points you offer are on a bonus system so there is frames + something else aka bonus points.
It all depends on how you look at what you determine to be actual play - I think actual play is the frames that a clan has accumulated.
This really is not the thread for you to promote the TCL.

What I meant is that in any other League default scores contribute to the final points total and can decide the winners - as per FCL last season.
Cannot happen in TCL.

I totally agree. If you go by frames (frame difference) instead of matches, noone goes undefeated. I think it's a more accurate representation of who showed the most skill.
People who want to go by matches tend to look at frames as points in a bigger game (match). Is not each frame an individual game of it's own?

question: When a clan folds, and results are scratched from the team table, are they scratched from golden cue?

The scores are removed from the overall tables if a team folds.
However, I keep the G/C results as the players from the clan that folded tend to go onto other clans. The G/C is more of an individual thing than a clan thing

I personally dont mind the way it has worked out (other than wanting to win it of course). I think that frames is the better indicator of the best clan.
You can of course bring in a bigger win bonus for winning a fixture, but then you might as well just give 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw like in football.....
You have to decide which method you prefer: frames or fixture wins.
My own choice is frames (which is how the snooker league is run).
I apologise things have not worked out for Snooker Squad this season, to have no losses really is unfair however I have not changed the format since it was handed to me so please don't shout at me but will be looking to change it for next season to avoid this sort of thing happening again.

Personally, I prefer basing it on frames, to me it just feels like more of a collective win for the players of the clan as a whole as opposed to those that played in each separate fixture if that makes sense lol
I think next season I will scrap both sets of bonus points (win & no default) so it just frames alone that determines a win.
Also I have been speaking to someone that is more than likely going to be instated as a league runner next season and Killer might be making a reappearance in the league IF clans and players remains as active as they are at this current moment. Although I might tweak the format, we'll see.

I am new here so please don't slate my thinking lol.

If a team occurs say 5 defaults they get docked 5 points if they then go on to have 10 defaults a further 15 points deducted.

Similar to what was said above, I wouldn't quite go as far to say a team should lose points for having defaulted game/s, because although it could deter people from letting their game going to default, it would probably need a default decision to decide who at fault for the default (It would be wrong to dock points off a team when the game being unplayed clearly wasn't their fault).
But I think there should be penalty for any clans who have a given amount of defaults in a season. (That number can be worked out from the average amount of defaults in the last season or two). Similar to football players getting suspended for receiving so many yellow cards in one season .

Oh gawd, don't talk football to me I don't understand it I was talking to Jay last night about this and I do think there needs to be a deterrent for defaults, so maybe start deducting points after a certain number of defaults

for defaults id say if i team have more than 3 - 4 defaults in a fixture id deduct points might get games played quickeras for killer id either add it or scrap it all together as last season there was a killer league then a cup comp it got too much as theres
