but now maybe i can have my say if its allowed? fact is this person deactivated and made a new account so should wait the 2 seasons to captain, on the other hand it is a reactivated account and a reactivated account could be like deactivating while drunk and reactivating a day later which shouldn't be punished.

either way i can see reasons from both sides

Edit: playing isn't the issue to people here, its the two seasons to captain, since previous names aren't considered anymore.

there's deactivating when drunk and reactivating next day the two are completely different dgen...Most couldn't careless if the person is given permission to be captain or not. They will be anyway but maybe just not in name

Basically you think i wrote all that last night because some player got an old name reactivated so he/she could captain? Well no that is just ridiculous and if you read what i said a little closely you would see these rules would take affect next season, so when the new league officially starts anyone who has an account lower than two months would not be allowed to play.

The rule on captaining and vice captaining a clan will also start in the new season, so as long as you have a FULL season experience the now then anyone could start a clan or rebuild one.

Just thought i would clear that up as it sounded like you were having a go at me there for a second, if you wasn't then no harm done.

lets not mess around, say what you mean and mean what you say, youve already been reported on 3 seperate occasions for disgusting remarks youve made about myself and others, i will continue to report you and the others until admin finally take note of your disgusting and slanderous posts. one of your posts was taken seriously, regardless of your apology which was also forwarded, an anology would be close to this (dont shoot someone then apologise, just dont shoot someone in the first instance)

2) i see the FCL are now making an issuse of somthing or a beginning to, remember why sarah deactivted that account, again dont mess around with who you are talking about, as im sure admin will be reading anything that maybe sladerous as will others, one comment made went further than funkypool admin and will never be tolerated again.

a) she was bullied and slated repeatdly, all of the posts be offline or via pm were sent to admin.

b) admin had their reasons to activate her account and rightly so

3) i would suggest before a witch hunt begins again that people really think what they say very carefully and no rules are edited and changed again as they were last season.

i kept last seasons FCL rules, before and after they were edited and screen shotted them

and also had forwarded to me a conversation between 2 ppl that mentioned my name and what was being done to stop me from captaining a clan, under a previous name.

so i know what you did and who you are, very naughty that the lengths ppl go to.

Bullied...slander...witch hunt...blah blah blah.....yawn!!

Simple facts are she deactivated whilst captaining a clan only last season so shouldn't be in charge of one the next season.

You will both be using the account to captain when neither of you qualify.

Nothing changes except the name...why can't you ever play by the same league rules as everyone else?

When the new rule was brought in last season, I already spoke to you and said you were allowed to captain under that name, hence why you captained Shooters.

a captain folding a clan before the end of a season and then captaining the very next season

the dicision for me to captain was made after the rule change this is a fact as some one in FCL admin well knows, the beauty of downloading rules
