Lee - If you mean that in the direction of my last post then that was already stated in earlier posts for who to captain.

Craig - Course i know they were changed, that is rather a dumb question don't you think as i was posting stating that rules were changing. No they were not deliberately changed to harm anyone if that is what you mean. Again another dumb question as everyone knows i was part of the rule changed as it was me that changed it.

There was no decision made against you, and as far as FCL admin goes there was only Myself, Jema and Keith. If i so rightly remember you offline messaged me about the rule as you wanted to know if you could captain Shooters, i said you could captain and that was the end of it, the actual rule only came in to affect at the start of that new season so anyone before the start of the season could have captained then.

The second link is a picture of a women and says "OH MY GOD" and "you" put in bold im in heaven, in reply to its_me's post of a picture of the sinners team pic. Now why would you be in heaven over a pic of men with there tops off?

The 3rd link is a picture from an Avril Lavinge music video with these words in bold "trats shuuuuush dont tell craig he is dumped" , now why would you post on your own name that your going to dump yourself?

The rule was changed, yes. Everyone knew that and at that time i made it clear it would take affect at start of new season, which it did and that is why some people where allowed to captain and what ever else. I've explained this a few times now so i don't really want to again.

Danny your posts have nothing to do with the league mate. Take it to offline message please, i will have a moderator remove it as lets be honest it is only there to try and start an argument.

Craig didn't get what lee was posting so i posted some links for Craig to looks at and he still didn't get it, so ive wrote out my response to him.

So that means mine, Lee's and Craig's posts should be removed then as there nothing to do with the league?

Plus they are something to do with the league if The Sinners are trying to get into the FCL and by the looks of those posts Sarah as been posting on Craig's account and Beth and Jess got banned for a whole season because of that didn't they?

It is to do with the league Jay as neither person qualifies to be a captain under your own rules but both are going to do it under the one account quite clearly and you will let them because 'Jay says so.'
It's a total sham, they both deactivated whilst in charge of clans last season yet the loopholes return.

Looking at the last page there's an issue of captaincy on a reactivated account. I do think it is right she is allowed to captain as she has the right requirements, the thing about deactivating mid-season may warrant a warning. As it completely changed the season at the top which was a lot closer. But allowing the captaincy is right as she meets correct criteria.

If a rule was to be added it would have to start from next season and allow current captains

Sinners are not an official clan! in case some people never seen that so even IF they are the same person it has nothing to do with this league yet. There is always going to be loopholes in every league...

Beth and Jess thing was different, there was a few things no one seen as it was done in private.

Last time i post on those topics as it is just causing trouble again.

But the whole reasoning behind not allowing old usernames is to stop people deactivating then starting a new clan the next season.
Getting admin to re-activate an old username when you have done that very thing is just circumventing the rules surely, not sticking to them.

All rules are starting next season. I said this in previous four or five posts.

Way i see it is, anoneeemouse has at least three seasons of experience on that account, there for can captain. Does not matter if she deactivated and then reactivated as there is still that experience on that ACTIVE account. She can captain as i said and i won't change my mind.

Of course its something to do with this league as they are trying to get in the league.

If so i think Jess and Beth need an apology on this thread then as you banned them form the league for the same reason(even if they were a few things that we didn't see). Im pretty sure you acted on Lee(ipotalot) and dex(dunno what name he ad back then) posts pointing out that they posted on each others account?

Also said it at the start of the last season when you said previous usernames weren't to be taken into account any more....again getting admin to reactivate an old account is getting around the rules.
If loopholes are found they need to be closed not allowed to be exploited

i dont believe this is for league discussion. however it was brought up on here,,, i think all the posts are hilarious as do the amonts of people who view them proved by the amount of hits it recieves

Sinners are just as official as any other clan, they just aren't in the leagues yet. Saying that, doesn't mean they can get away with what they want to before they join the league because if you let someone get away with it once then there's no stopping it happening again. Or it will be way too late.
