48 hours after you said i couldnt captain, still no rule change:

1.10 Forming a new clan
New clans are permitted entry into the league only between seasons and at the discretion of the league hosts. A player wishing to form their own clan must have experience of playing in a clan for a minimum of one season on their current username, League Runners will not take previous accounts into consideration.

No rule change needed it was discussed that the rule needed re-wording at the time it was introduced and made clear that it obviously covers existing clans as well.

It should be on the rules then surely? God bring Janmb back he was completely ocd bout this type of thing!

So therefore by default it is common sense to have the situation where a clan might have 14 players online (particularly in the last couple of days of a fixture) and no one can make a sub because the Captain and Vice Captain are not online for whatever reason and didnt know that they weren't going to be.

I don't see the need in changing the sub rule either. It is the captain and vice captains job to do subs and swaps. If they give permission then it will be accepted.

If you have everyone allowed to make subs then ask captains or a vice to clarify it the subs thread would be 5 pages long every day as people would be making subs as soon as they see an opponent online. I personally think it is fine as it is.

The rule was reworded, now you go from two days to one month, please make up your mind. Why you so eager for me to change the rule anyway, oh yeah because you think i am out to get you and you alone. Have more important things to do then try and ruin a players chance at being a captain. Your own captain Pete understands the rule and goes by that rule along with many others. You must have a habit of being a rebel and not following rules.

You claim it was reworded on this thread about 26 days ago, you commented two days ago "o it should have been put on the webpage" however instead of actually updating your webpage your are expecting new players to trawl through this thread to find the one post 37 pages ago on here that tells them that the rules on your page are a) incomplete or b) incorrect.

league discussion thread as relaxed as ever ;) tbf if rules are changed they should be put on the site and as there are now 4 league runners (i beleive) I'm sure one of you can get it done.

bl3ss3d - 37 pages ago. Not once did i mention a re wording, except where i posted the rule that exists now on the website. The website is updated nearly everyday but even then i am busy as are many others. The rule will get done on my schedule not yours.

When i said that i would reword it for your benefit it was a joke! For your benefit would still mean you are unable to captain.

Rule is absolutely fine in my opinion and many others so i will not reword it at all as i can't be bothered to fix something that does not need it. May add in a comma or full stop somewhere though as that may make you happier.
