A player that is on the default panel , cannot predict on their own divisions defaults. A player that is not in a team can predict on both divisions, although they would not be permitted to predict on a teams default that they have/had an association with.
The said player is not part , neither will be part , of any clan team for the remainder of this season , but will continue to assist in the FBL in both admin and defaults.

With the FBL being a progressive league we are looking to introduce a team game , something that has been talked about for a long time on Funky Pool, both myself and craig would like to introduce 6 man killer comprising of 3 players from each team. The players can be any player either already in the fixture, or from the team sheet , game format will be as follows :
6 man killer
Friendly
20 seconds
scoring system :
3 points ~ winner
2 points ~ 2nd place
1 point ~ 3rd place
We understand that arranging to have 6 players online, at any one time may be difficult, however we believe that this particular game will be , tactical, fun , and extremely competitive.
We are looking for 2 - 4 teams this season to trial it for us.
We require captains and players alike , to offer their valued opinions on the above idea. If this is successful , it will be introduced into the league next season, and possibly the cup the season after.

Defaults- do you mean craig is posting on div 1 defaults?? It's clear that he has an association with Shooters...

About the idea- sounds nice, but as you said already, it will be really tough to arrange to get the players online at the same time. Good luck with the trial.

I would like to say , the said player is not a league runner , but is part of FBL staff , as is clearly stated on the website.
Regarding defaults , this query has already been answered in full in my post above.

I would just like to say something after catching up a little.

Personally i have no problem with the person in question being on the FBL site at all as he has help FBL a lot recently. But i don't agree with the fact he can predict default decisions on division one where he has an association with Shooters and has had previous runnings in the past with most of the division one teams/captains.

Above post is only if the predicting on division one is true though, i have not seen a post made by him as i already did my default duty and have not looked at it for a day or so.

The person will not be making any predictions on any shooters defaults if there are any. Both division defaults have moderators, as well as myself overseeing them. If there is any hint of any member of the panel being biased/unfair , that member will be removed immediately no matter who the member of staff is.
My objective is having defaults predicted properly in FBL, I value having experienced default staff in FBL,and all staff have guidelines to follow to ensure that mistakes arent made.

i do like the idea of killer, but maybe 4 players instead of 6, as 6 players may find it hard to come online at same time, i know its the same problem with 4, but more chance of gettin 4 on than 6 in thinkin

would it be 2 fixtures of killer aswel then? same as the other types

Since it was requested, I sent basically this same message privately. The answer I received as well deflects by saying he won't be judging Shooters defaults. I'm guessing this means he WILL be judging MVP or Snooker Squad defaults, which of course is just as bad.

yup only thing is the difficult part is agreeing to a set time especially for people in the US/NZ/AUS etc

I like the killer idea, although i also have concerns like Ant and so on have mentioned. It is going to be very hard to get 6 people online at the same time to play especially if they are situated in different countries.

Think the idea Ant offered about a 4 man game would be much easier and it is probably the best way to decide if this would become a regular thing.
