Yeah i was thinking the same thing, maybe around the later part of march then i would expect anyway.

Tried to give the FCL a quick start date to that is why the schedule is so hectic just now.

Could someone post some clarification about what the role of the default panel is for next season?

In the last set, two unanimous decisions were overruled and changed by the league runner. This means that regardless of what the default panel decides, the runner can just change that.

Will the default panel actually be allowed to make decisions or is the score of each game up to the league runner?

It has been explained in offline message seb, as to why the decisions were overruled. Anyone else wishing to why the reasons why they were, are welcome to offline message me.
Next season has a larger default panel, who will not have access to their own divisions defaults.
New, clear guidelines have been written , and will be issued to all default staff and captains .
