I can't imagine how hard it must be for a person to sit down and write out a set of rules that would assist the smooth running of any season, whilst also defusing any unforeseeable errors that might occur during said season.
By definition - unforeseeable and might - the person who wrote the rules would have to be in possession of a crystal ball in order to write them perfectly!
Even if this person was in possession of a history of previous problems, they would still have an extremely challenging task ahead of them to adjust the current rules, whilst maintaining a clear vision of the various chaotic implications and ramifications their minor rule changes or amendments could possibly have.
Personally, I think the person who writes the rules/adjusts them at the beginning of a season deserves both our collective and individual expression of respect and understanding.

Ideally, necessary/possible changes are discussed by members between seasons. If people agree, the league runner adds the rule to the document. If people can't agree, the league runner decides whether to change something.

its up to pot if he has the pic up isn't it? having a pic up doesn't mean horse named them. its only classed as naming if horse or ab post his name on the teamsheet/welcome him to the clan.

well that not MVP or TPA fault one little bit if both leagues where running concurrently we would not be having this discussion
one league you can name them and in the other league you cant
you got make sure they run the same time so when the transfer window open teams can name their players
in what ever league they play in

Rick, you've got a great point here... two leagues (with same players in each), running during overlapping periods, only adds to the potential for confusion.
