I gave Owen a league warning not to long ago, for the making of 3 clans in under a week and on top of that the 20+ clans he had made before that, he accepted this warning and i thought that was the end of it.

I have just came off the game server after still receiving numerous complaints about the way he is acting and with what Kermit posted just made it worse, not only did he claim to be a current banned user but then he claimed to be me (which could have got me banned if he did a little more homework on me) He has admitted it is him and after a long chat i have issued him with a seasons ban. (End around the 13th of May) Any attempt at making a new account to gain entry into the league with see his ban increased.

He has stated he is going to try snooker clans until his ban is over. I really didn't want to do it but i received so many complaints and everyone is on there last nerve now about it all.

Owen, im sorry pal and i hope when you do return that you knuckle down and get on with it.

im watching with interest the events happening at crazzy 8s
and truly hope their clan makes it through these tough times

however ive got to say,, the stupid rule regarding transfers is killing a clan,, isnt this what i said could happen,,

im taking advantage of a situation, by asking a player to come to shooters and maybe even another who is talking to me aswell
It cant be right that the rules allow you to do this

but here is a silly part to the rules ,

if a player is released and does not sign for another team, the player can still come back to that team because they are not classed as a free agent .

these rules im sorry got the verdict of the majority but how stupid are they,,

and you had taken out the clause must have captains permission,

FBL rules state you do require captains permission, im pleased about that to be honest

thats why i don't like using it, i remember asking a question and it took about 1-2 months to reply, it actually took me to spam the admins mail box (not literally but you get my point) on snooker to get them to read it.

i prefer messaging fastboysam or clooneman as they reply quickly to whatever i need answering.

about frogs post i never read it but reason i suggested default forum is because on snooker me and seb had a disagreement with the mods about naming people who are warned, suspended and banned so we talked and agreed to use default forum as its only naming and shaming on FUNKY forums and other forums you can name long as the admin in charge let you.

On the afternoon of the 6th day of FCL games

avicii vs dvz is arranged by message to play tomorrow
scott7a vs eemad not arranged but both on here all the time

MVP lose the first game and do a fixture swap knowing that dvz has his game arranged to pick and chose the ties, leaving avicii having to start all over again arranging with someone else.

Told dgeneratio that unlimited subs and swaps would lead to people abusing the system to pick and choose their matches, I was pleasantly surprised it didn't happen last season and everyone used the system properly.

5.7 Swapping two players
As a means to combat time zone problems and the like, Captains may swap two of their players within a match if this improves chances of games getting played.

Of course anyone can say it was to get a game played as keith will spout momentarily but knowing full well the game was arranged tomorrow and this swap makes it far harder for both games to get completed it's obviously not the case.
What's the point in random fixtures if captains can just get away with this...just give MVP the teamsheets and let them all pick their opponents.

potlimit played slimeball as potlimits opponent hadn't been on for 3 days, if this isn't getting games played i am not sure what is. Maybe you should concentrate on your inactive players to get games completed rather than worrying about games getting played

Now that smokescreen is out of the way how about getting back to explaining the one where you cheat the system and swap players (avicii v dvz and scott7a vs eemad for those with problems reading) who have their games arranged for tomorrow to pick and choose your matches?!

abusing the system ?, players were on so it made sense to swap to get games played, nothing to do with losing a game lol

Really are having trouble reading, the rules as well it seems.
It's ok to do swaps when you are trying to get games played, knowing that games are arranged and swapping your players to pick the matches is called cheating and makes a mockery of random game selection.

From what i can tell, 2 games were PLAYED so the rule worked well
