if u dont have enough players no need to enter two teams, simple
I do mate, just think the reliance on sooo few ppl in some teams may work against them, that's all.
Two fixtures 5 players so a total of 10, no players can play in both matches? What happens if a team only has 11 or 12 players? Will you introduce a minimum limit to combat this, or are teams going to be over reliant on 1 or 2 players as subs? A little unfair i would say.
Maybe if there were 2 matches of 4, that may give teams more of an opportunity to make substitutes? Especially if say minimum were set to 12 or 13, teams can have 4 or 5 subs but only make use 3 of them?
Just another idea mate.

As far as the League is concerned A & B teams are interchangeable however no one player can play in both the A & B teams during the same fixture period. This gives Captains freedom to decide tactics. They can stick with two even teams, favour one team over the other or tactically switch players around to try and get both teams through at the expense of others.
Assuming there are sufficient numbers there will be two groups from which teams will compete to qualify for the play-offs. Where clans have an A & B team entered, one will be drawn in each group.
Each game will consist of 5 individual games of 12 racks (4 each of US8, US9 and UK8). One point per rack won and one point for any Run Out or Golden Break achieved.
There will also be one Killer game of 2 v 2. Points for each final position as follows - 1st 5pts, 2nd 3pts, 3rd 2pts and 4th 1pt.
At the end of the fixture the winning team gets 4pts and the losing team gets 0pts. The losing team will score one point if it achieves 25 or more in the overall fixture. If the fixture is a tie then both teams get 2pts each. Racks won and Event bonus points are only used to separate teams level in their league/group.

i think the killer part should be reconsidered. With fbl starting aswell it will be too difficult for a clan to arrange 6 killers, even though personally i like clan killers

I agree, I would ditch the killer from the SL, i personally just see that type as a bit of fun.

well if its only 2v2 games of killer i'd imagine it would be very easy to organise. They'll probably be easier to get done then the actual matches

I agree! a 2 v 2 killer should be dead easy to arrange!

Killer in the FBL is going down to a 2v2 though i am sure so there is no reason as to why both FBL and Super League can't have killer.

Ten teams already, and no unbeatables, pocket dynamos, ballbreakers, fighting eagles or untouchables yet! Looking good, and potentially (although very doubtful) another 10 teams to enter!!!

Wasn't one planned.
Any Cup really needs to be something different from the normal season. Unless people come up with ideas for something fresh and exciting I'll stick with Super League IV and The Players Championship.

I think the 'Interchangeable' aspect should be re-considered mate, it will end up being the better players facing each other all the time, which is unfair on those lesser teams and players.
I think a maximum of 8 players on a teamlist should be sent in to yourself per 1 side, 6 players and 2 potential subs. Only they can be subbed in. The subs are the ONLY players who should be interchangeable?

The whole fun of 2 teams is the fact that they are interchangeable, Without that option it would be pointless having 2 teams.
