I think that there are 12 teams in the FCL at the moment and i know not all of them are full, however another 5 players from each team is another 60 players, now over the past seasons i can see how new clans are finding it more difficult to break into the FCL with a full squad of decent players. This change if implemented would make it so much easier for bigger and better teams to effectively poach players that are in teams for next season, surely someone can see my point?

my ideas sort of follow what Lee was saying.

Well that's their problem. For active users, that's quite easy to do. Ages ago I played 6 different clan matches within 24 hours.

But end of the day, snooker clans and pool clans have no connection.

increased clan sizes has ups and downs, i think the league is fine as it is, however it won't hurt to maybe increase the squad size by 2 players?


the only trouble with that is the rest will be moaning you not giving me games so you cant win

no vote from me on increased clan sizes, I am struggling to fill and maintain the maximum amount at the moment as a new clan.

if the size was increased that means less players for me to sign as ipotalot rightly said, the bigger/better than will be looking to sign extra players as back up. if clans already struggled this season why make it harder for them next season?

even if every clan from div 1 took an additional 1-2 players thats 6-12 players less for new clans. i am sure that the bigger clans would be sniffing around other clans like mine to get these players

say MVP take 2 of the best players from a so called little clan, who are they ment to get as there 2 replacements? would probably get 2 players in that they dont no if there reliable or not so then they could be on the look out for 2 more players as they have not been online for a while or deactivate.

Then we are back at the same problem again of a clan needing players or a clan folding half way thru a season

using MVP as an example as they are the best clan about

Now rick from TPA as another team captain has also backed it does that now make it slightly better?

I have stated on several occasions all i have asked for is the option of increasing no one is saying that clans have to, but those who want to could

Thanks mate, but i am sure snooker almost beat us so we can not be that far in front

I'm saying the example of underdogs and trying to make out it's because there are too many fixtures isn't what it's about at all.
Bet if the transfers were the old system as they will be again next season and squads were bigger then the likes of latin legends and TPA would be missing a few of their better players and you would have had easier games against them.
If players aren't active enough they shouldn't be in clans.

As previously posted i would prefer 10 strong clans with approx 20 players, rather than 15 clans with approx 15 players who struggle to complete fixtures due to lack of numbers

true that will always be the case and one of my downs, but on the other hand snooker only has 1 more match than pool and one more clan size but snooker works quite well.

if i was basing the idea on snooker then i would 100% disagree with increase clan sizes but i am fine for pool either way the runners want to do it

Nobody struggles to complete fixtures with 15 players horse, if they are doing then it's down to bad captaincy.

Well if you look at reasons why games don't get completed it certainly does, inactive players no subs available etc etc

You can complete all your games with no defaults with 9 active players just like vikings did a few seasons back.
You can have 20 players and still have defaults because you're going exclusively for the top 1% of players on here regardless of reliability and how active they are.
If a player isn't active enough for clans, get them out, get them replaced.
A lot of defaults are down to captains not communicating with their players, not being on to make subs or refusing to sub out inactive good players...not clan sizes
