The FF update was mainly for Mac users, the only change for windows users was if FF crashed a lot on start up

mich, to stop the lag would've been exactly the same on the previous layout and would've taken less time to design this layout, therefore meaning the lag would've stopped along time ago.and the new design would not have been needed.

Nick if funkypool which stands for being able to run on any computer, how comes there is now limits to what internet you have? pretty sure my very old computer wouldn't be able to handle losing its internet explorer 6 (no longer use that computer before u ask)

This is very odd! I am stumped on what is causing this. Firefox 8.01 Windows XP works for me. A Google search for blank page on website doesn't seem to show anything. Can you click View, Page Style, No Style? This should just show a list of the links.

I believe this is a serious bug in Firefox 8.01 but I'm trying to get to the bottom of it.

Because ultimately funkypool and funkysnooker are brand names - nothing more and nothing less - regardless of some throw away comment that may or may not have been made in the deep and distant past. The sooner some people get over that one the better!!

^^ Not to mention that what browser you use has absolutely nothing to do with what computer you can use to play the games!

Just to keep another thing straight - remember in-game lag issues are completely down to individual setups and nothing to do with the site, and are heavily covered elsewhere on the forum.

No nick, nothing i do changes it, ive tried playing with all views, disabled/enabled add ons etc, cant get it to load =\

I've switched to using IE, which I do not mind, but if other people use FFv8.0.1 and are having this issue, it should get rectified

I upgraded to FF 8.0.1 on Vista this morning and it works perfectly for me.


Have you tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it again?

i use an older version of firefox because the newer versions are rubbish.
