I think he meant the layouts we had available prior to this update.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the previous layout. Infact, it was more aesthetically pleasing and a lot less harsh on the eyes.

Why developers are given carte blanche to make unneccesary and downgrading changes is beyond me

To be honest, you're saying exactly the same stuff as people before when the layout was changed. As I said, once it's been refined, people will get used to it. It's so much more professional now.

I only have one concern, and that's on the forum directory page. Where it tells you the titles of the forums, it's a bit difficult to read due to the colours used. Could you possibly darken the bar with the forum name in it? or make the text a bit darker?

Oh you'll all get used to it...........just like all us 'oldies' that have been on the site since the good old days of Poolsharks had to.

Trust me, been here since day one and you DO get used to new layouts/colours/ etc

What I don't understand is one minute you're all crying the game has too much lag and is unplayable. Nick then changes this in order to sort lag out and while doing it giving the site a bit of a makeover, which let's be fair isn't bad.

Now you are all crying over the colour of the site and the layout of the homepage etc, half the people who are moaning are not even premium members so for them it is a free site, just get on with it and stop your crying.

And speaking as a premium member, my online friends in place of advert has disappeared again... it was there yesterday !

Nick - can we get more characters for the about me section please? left side of profile looks so damn weird due to the ranks on the right side going right down, left side there is a massive space . Think that would be a very easy update and there would be no real complaints about it either.

Well said! Theres always someone not happy about summit so Nick can never win, either an update or something they think needs adding to the site. It's normally the same few members, makes ya wonder why they still log in everyday when they are always unhappy with site changes etc.

white background needs toning down.

Ok - as requested the contrast has been toned down across the site. The forum page now uses a lighter background. However I still think the look of the forum pages needs work.

I think a touch more colour maybe i don't like how the thread titles and tournament pages look maybe a bit of work there.

Deffo easier on the eyes the new contrast..


Seems to be slower loading the game page for me, but everything else has been fine

Wow its bright!! haha, i don't think its that bad tbh and i'll grow to it quite quickly, pages seem to be loading fairly quick, not yet clicked on game play

EDIT: loving the new 'Find Player' section, much more efficient

Hi Nick. Since the changes were made yesterday, a portion of my screen at the bottom of the game room is cut off. I am unable to see the chat bar. Please help
