I'm currently playing so can't check the colours, but try a pale colour (blue maybe?)

Trying to login into game page took me three goes,twice i had blank black screen. The new background is too bright on my eyes.

nick im aware you're trying to improve the site, but new updates upon new updates are becoming tiresome and tbh not helping the site at all, i'm sure you could have made the pages faster off the old style & personally think it needs to be reverted back.

I just want the character limit in the about me section of our profiles to be increased

And I want a more girly coloured theme instead of crappy blue/green but it doesn't look as thought I am getting that ! Hmph !

Part of the beauty of the funkysites is the continuing evolution and sure, we have all had knee-jerk reactions when we see something different, I remember feeling the same when the first changes were made almost 10 years ago, but would you like to be looking at (and have the functionality of) a ten year old website now?

I do think there is too much white, bit hard on the eyes. But it does have a more professional feel to it in my opinion. Every time the look of the website is changed, everyone moans about it as it's not what they're used to. Exactly the same happened with the previous look, but everyone stopped moaning about a few week. Once it's been refined (which always tends to happen) you'll all be used to it and will be no problem!
