can't be done yet, nick can only do a 1 vs 1 system and 1 vs 1 in killer would be boring, the next step for killer tournaments is when nick brings out doubles (if ever) then thats a 2 vs 2 system and nick can take it from there

wasnt tournapoints untill recently, which is why I find myself playing less killer
wouldnt be any DQ, the 5 who entered would play for 100 tournapoints
You asked why it wasn't in years ago. Besides the addition of tournapoints giving new reason, it may be that everytime someone made a thread to find out who wants it or not, you were there changing the subject lol
All we can do is tell nick whether we want it or not. Why confuse the thread with a debate about the part that doesnt't concern us?

well duh, i know its not about doubles but im using doubles as an example, killer needs a 1 v 1 v 1 or whatever number system for it to work and nick can only do 1 v 1 meaning a 2 player game what im saying is doubles would be a 2 v 2 meaning a 4 player system so if nick can do a 4 player system on a tournament then he could possibly implement killer tournies.

Did you see mine? I don't want to talk about the technicalities of getting it done, that's Nick's job.

If you like or dislike the idea, please say so.
I love playing killer, but when I commit myself to winning a tournapoint medal, I could go a week without playing, wouldn't be winning any tournapoints. Therefore, I second the notion for a killer tournament that would award tournapoints. Would be great like a micro, just 1 8man game that starts whether it filled up in the given time or not. I couldn't care less if it gave a tournament win on our stats, but I for one would play a lot more killer if I could get some tournapoints out of it. They could be awarded the same way seems to me, 70% to the winner, 20% to the runner up, and 5% to 3rd and 4th.
I couldn't find if Nick ever gave yes or no on this matter, thought I'd put it back out there. I can't speak for everyone, but anyone I'v chatted with about it likes the idea.

don't care if we get it or not, yes i saw your post but it wasn't explained very well. i understood your latest post perfectly though.

no not needed at all, tournament schedule and system needs to be completly changed or re-done at some point and i can't see a killer tournament being implimented soon. if your aim is for a medal focus on that, you can't have two birds with one stone it's already easy enough to win a medal with the micro's being almost 90% of the tournapoints given out.

Micro killer would be brilliant! Seems like it's entirely possible (in this format)... no excuses for not setting it up nick!
