anyway moving on...
i have asked the league runners about my eligibility idea had 2 yes's so far (not including myself as it was my idea) hopefully have a verdict tomorrow latest.

Says it all really it's just an excuse to keep jay as a league runner and no matter how much reason you provide james will ignore it.

fine you run a clan league on your own for 5 seasons see where it gets you... i thought so because im running pool (when i first entered i was only doing defaults) then jan left for good reason, then kenny then kev which only leaves me, how do you expect me to run 2 leagues by myself........exactly so i give league runners jobs to make it easier for me, the soul reason why i asked them was because i wanted to do less not more and help seb on snooker because the poor thing is running snooker by himself while i try and keep the lot of you happy here.
Don't stomp your feet in my direction james there are plenty of people who aren't banned who would do a lot more to help in the running of the league because they are actually allowed on here!
What about the mediation part of the job? How can you credibly tell people to behave better when you get yourself banned?

mediation is easy, you can't tell someone to behaviour when you're banned because you don't have the contact with them - you would only be able to tell them to behave when the ban is served. If you argue against that then how can any previously banned user be credible in that area?
Besides, most of any mediation required falls under the jurisdiction of moderators

but this league is funkypool related tho Dgen, if hes banned from this site he shunt be able to be apart of the league runners thats only my opinion and it seems quite a few have expressed the same.
on another note aint the 1month ban always been in place or has been in place for over a year or so?
why change the 1 month rule if its worked in the past there summat thats going to happen in future ya not tellin us Dgen

i wasn't planning on changing it at the start, was something i needed to get off my chest as it was bugging me for over a year and it turns out most members agree with the change and by looks of it so do the league runners.
i like a league whats surrounded by feedback and ideas but when you slate a league runner for whatever reason thats different, ill remove jay when i feel he had done something to seriously affect the league.

ya no the reason HES BANNED so he shunt be on the league runners list IMO if hes banned from this site HOW can he get HIS ideas across to us?
none of your can post his ideas cos ya not allowed to post on behalf of other people never mind banned people, so on that point how is Jay helping the league move to the next level if hes BANNED?
i dont mind him coming back and then going straight back into ur team of league runners at all but while hes banned from this site hes shouldnt be on the team

About the 1 month rule- it was discussed quite a lot between pages 76 and 79. It ended when jay's opinion was posted.

regarding jay, i wont be removing him as in my eyes hes done nothing wrong to deserve this punishment, i don't care if hes banned or not.
even after jay read all this he still was non biast as a league runner proving to me he should be in this role if you like it or not.
jan didn't remove kev when he got banned so i don't see why i should have to remove jay for doing a good job with the fixtures.
now im getting a headache

All he can do in a 'league runner' role at the moment is copy a list of players...hard to be biased about that
