I am not saying I want the players making subs anytime, I am saying I want the players to be able to post subs when they've been asked to watch out for opponents.
worked for us last time round with MVP, for 8 seasons.

You see captains posting all the time on most clan threads asking for updates from their players, they then use that info to decide on subs, if theres no update then its the players own fault if they get subbed out.

Also like to add that your example happened a few times last season where captains made the sub, players coming on wondering why they got subbed out. this will always happen.

The way we want to do it doesn't need debated, as far as I know its up to each clan how they want to do it then post to inform the league runners, if clans want it so its just their captain/vice post subs thats up to them.

least we all agree on one thing its up to the clan if captains should do subs or not, all people need to do is post saying i allow my players to be subbed in then i will let their players sub stand.

i dont aloow players ot make subs unless we know about them me or the vice captain are the only ones who can make subs

then thats fine and dandy only your and hardys sub will count in that instance.

yep exactly, permission can be given at anytime for a fixture, half season or full season.

a good example is if a captain has to go away he says "i give my players permission to sub in for this fixture only" then only that fixture stands.

i would like to be able to post which subs are elegible for that fixture and give them permission to sub themselves in if the captain or vice isnt around to sort it.

giving any member permission to do it anytime would cause problems i think

Hate the idea of players subbing themselves in, regardless of availablity, time left etc. it should be down to the captain or vice captain to make subsitutions, never the players.

its up to the clan themselves, if your clan only want captain and vices posting subs thats fine, and same for players.

Then I think you should just let each clan do things however they want, using the idea of doubteds mixed with the other idea of clans saying who can make subs - just keep a note of what each clan has said

Thats probably the best idea I could see from everyones thoughts, because if you leave it to a poll or captains vote or whatever - there will always be someone left unhappy

thats what im doing, i wasn't planning a poll or a vote.

how can a player say hes gonna sign for u u add him to team changes and then he signs for someone else its out of order teams poaching players uve signed and means u have to inform the league a players left when he said hell sign then a day later he joins some one else a persons word is not good anymore

captains has a right not to release clan players.

he was a free agent said he was gonna sign for us and then another team poached him its a joke

well its down to the individual, its individuals fault no one elses

Depends if the transfer window is still open. If it is then players can move freely. if it isn't you would have to release the player before they're allowed to join another team.
