So, new clans that are in current clans shouldn't create a thread saying they will remake a clan or bring back etc as they will get warned. Very strange rule, permission of captain and not allowed to name the four runners of the clan.. :S

Yeah, an exception should be included. Same deal for us at the moment.

We were being carefull about the naming thing after what went on with other clans and we get a warning lol, If i had known we were getting a warning i would have named the whole team lol.

We never broke the rules, we are members but both ab_rfc and horse10000 spoke to antione08 to get permission for us vice-captains to be named aswell.

They seeked permission though, it was just antione didnt post, and where exactly where is he to post that they can please? Does he have to make the MVP thread which he has nothing to do with just so they can be named lol?

No, the current rules say that you are not allowed to name members from other clans.
It doesn't mention any exceptions about captain's permission.
We also have posted permission from the UT captain (mich posted on the snooker squad's and a league thread) to name our players, but were warned.

This is the exception we had a big discussion about a few pages ago to try to get included.

This point isn't up for discussion, you've named them, you're now in the same position with regards to the final warning as Snooker Squad and Chips 'n Gravy as I've stated before.

true but to be fair they did edit their post, i couldn't see who joined but anyone can guess whos involved.

i always thought you could name if you got captains permission.

horse never even listed our team, he just edited it for it to be read easier etc.

Only named us four running the clan and permission from Ant, but we still get a warning.
