Men verses woman, girls verses boys
We all know men like to play with their toys

don't know when to stop and rest,
coz when they start they get out of control,

Ive also noticed that sometimes you, think things are aimed at you...not true
Weve all been composing havin fun, since this poem thread begun
Sometimes though when we are down, we let our words go with a frown
We all have opinions come what may, but dont let things spoil your day
I think your ok if a little wary, your concern for some sure do vary
A word of advice from a fellow poet, if your angry try not to show it
As it will surley gain you a bad name and that to me would be a shame
I'll end by saying i'm not having a go, please dont think that is so
I'm merely trying to keep things clear, so this stays a happy thread yr after yr

at least he joins in with the games that we play,

Lost

This great site lost a much loved guy,
Reason he left? we don't know why,
T'was Sunday night when he decided to go,
Funkypool lost a certain glow,
Fun, laughter and banter with you,
Even managing a tourny or two,
You may be asking "Who's this about?",
Well, let me tell you and leave no doubt,
That wonderful guy was known as Smurf,
All day long this site he would surf,
Alas, my friends, he is no more,
I know this news will make you sore,
Everything, one day, must come to an end,
Your broken heart, in time, will mend,
But there is one thing we'll never know,
Did he really ever go?,
Maybe he's back with a brand new name,
With determination to put the best to shame!
