It was almost lost out of sight
Was my rhyme above so bad?
To be honest I thought it was rad
Where have all the poets gone?
I'm hoping I'm not the only one

I have a really special friend, who needs me for support
So why did i call him selfish, when tellin him what i thought

You'd have to know about me, to really understand

It took a lot for me to do, but i done it for him
Only know i realise, that what i done was grim

He knows im really sorry, he knows i really care
As long as he will need me, then i shall be there.

I want him to read this poem, and not give any reply
I know when he reads it, he will understand why

So here goes the rest of the poem, parts you need to see
Parts that i am hoping, will help in some way from me

As you know ive been there, you know what i had to do
I need you to know that, you need to see it through

What you have fought to have, fight to keep it that way
Dont feel weak and i promise, it'll get better each day

Im not saying it will be easy, its gunna be really tough
But what your feeling at the min WILL be punishment enough

Ask yourself this question and answer yourself with truth
I'm sure you'll find your answer, will be enough proof

Q is: All that you have at right now, do you wish to put at stake?
Is it really worth throwing away, over ONE STUPID mistake?

I myself think not, your a good man from what i see
I want you to reflect on things, and what will be will be

Just one more thing before i end, i really need you to know
No matter what, i'll be here, im not ready to let you go.
