It's funny because everyone seems so thrilled and on cloud 9 after finishing second in that group and just about managing to grind out a 1-0 against Slovenia

It's funny because everyone seems so thrilled and on cloud 9 after finishing second in that group and just about managing to grind out a 1-0 against Slovenia
Well done though, can only beat was is put in front of you.
Because we were starting to expect not to win and happy to qualify, we defended well and for pretty much most of the game after the goal we were comfortable and when we weren't we defended very well
Alls we're lacking at the moment is the goals, if we can keep playing like we did then
Bring on the Germans!
USA shouldn't be top, but we'll still go further

At least we beat slovenia (who are better than algeria)

tbh - its about time england started playing to their potential in major tournaments

.... a second rate football team that is ranked in, or around, the top 10 and in the last 16 of the World Cup having not played very well...
....wish mine was a second rate team then !!!
I for one support all the British teams, in international and european competition, always have and always will (even Man U in the Champions League and I cant stand them usually ) - good luck to England
