All this arguing over something simple..

They get banned their problem, a new account is a new account, they should not get preferencial treatment at all.. If they do then why cant a new player get the same treatment..

From speaking to the league runners i believe a final decision will be made tomorrow regarding the new player / returning banned player rule.


Lets wait and see what happens

This is a tough decision to make though, just let the staff make there decision, although, I think most banned users shouldn't be allowed straight back into the league, but a few are decent people, and captains of clans, it may be easier for all to let old captains captain there clan, but not make new clans........ Lets not argue over this though, the staff have enough to do!

Ok here it is

In light of the standpoint presented by spinner (on our direct request), we will adjust to meet this view as well as that of the more vocal users in this debate.

We do not agree with the line of thought that banned players who are allowed back should be regarded with such prejudice, but at the same time we do acknowledge some of the potential problems brought up by different posters, including spinner. A lot of returned banned users get rebanned quickly, and more importantly, there is the identity issues to deal with.

Keep in mind that it was the league runners who introduced the 2 month rule in the first place - meeting massive resistence at the time. We wanted (and still do) the age requirement to accounts joining the league, since constant deactivations/name changes was becoming a big problem.

We have realized however, that 2 months is more than we need, and is a relatively large hurdle for clans to pick up new players. 1 month flat will still serve to make sure players are more or less reliable, while being somewhat less of an obstacle for clan captains to deal with.

So, for season 12 there will be a 1 month flat account age requirement to all players taking part in the league, regardless of background.

Clans may keep "too fresh" players in their clan roster, but no player may play any games in the league before the account is 1 month old.

i have resigned from the FCL as captain and as a player

this league is a total joke, supporting banned users on a newbie account, with no 1 month rule applying,

janmb appears to be a dictator, with rules he appears to change from day to day to suit. kevross a banned user who dosnt exisit, appears to run and control the FCL

kev04 is a newbie, appears to able to demand subs to made what sort of league is this when some newbie can just take over a team

i can not support a league with no set rules, janmb has told me 100% he supports kev04 running a team making discisons .. and i am wrong

let me just remind people banned users are banned for a reason that is a fact. what i cant get my head round is that a banned user is not the same player he could be anyone end of.

also how can he be reliable ? he got banned let his team down. DOUBLE STANDARDS TO SUITE
