That match between Norman/Moodie and Pavel/Tecau was so tense!

The Romanians take the first set 6-3, Moodie and Norman take the next two 6-3 and 6-4. Pavel/Tecau make it 2-2 with a tie breaker in the 4th. The final set went to 14-12 in Moodie and Norman's favour

That last set was so tight. Nobody looked anywhere near getting a break until Moodie/Norman took it to deuce around 9-9 or something like that. At 12-12, Pavel/Tecau are up 30-0 on Moodie's serve. Moodie takes 2nd serve, it's returned, and Norman has the luckiest shot ever - uses his racket to protect his face, ball hits frame and ends on the line!

Moodie/Norman are then gifted the win as at 15-30, Pavel serves two double faults, losing the match. Pavel destroys racket, Moodie/Norman are happy Quarter Finals vs 4th seeds now

They never crack a smile in the games, they are dead ugly in my opinion, their dad's a bit loopy and the Grandma looks quite out of it as well

You sure it was because of the heat? I thought it was because it was the Invitational games (and seniors) meaning they played less. This happened at Roland Garros with Mixed Doubles matches, and Junior doubles matches. Wimbledon tend to play longer games (i.e. first to three for the men's doubles, no 10 pt tie break in the mixed), I thought it was the way they organized it. After all, the invited ones are there for fun really, and there are the more competitive games that need to go on court.

Ah maybe Yoda... When I listened to the umpire he was going on about the heat and I assumed he was referring to the unusual rules in play

Laura Robson crashed out of the girls today

2-6, 6-4, 6-8

She was 3-5 down in the 3rd and 0-40 down on serve, battled back to go 6-5 up but her back and the fight gave up soon after. Definately one for the future though, possibly a future Wimbledon champion. Got the winners fight anyway even if she was in pain.

Roddick and Hewitt in the final set, winner plays Murray

Federer v Haas other semi, can Haas get revenge for Rolland Garros where he was 2-0 up in sets but Federer came back and beat him in 5 sets.

I would say that beat Murray's 5-set thriller the other night, it was that top dollar!

Easy win for Murray today, that will help him considering Roddick was just involved in a 5 setter. I expect Andy to win in 4 sets against A-Rod

Hewitt should be prod of himself, everyone wrote him off but he proved the wrong!
