Here at my house we have a roast in the oven,
Enough to feed the family of half a dozen,
For dessert we might have some ice-cream,
Chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream, a heavenly dream,
The food smells so good, you melt inside,
The smell alone is enough to make you a little wide,
I would give you some, but you're all the way over there,
So i guess the food must come to me, and guess where?
