I have been informed that 9_torres_9 has decided to pull out of the league. At this time, his fixtures have been suspended. He has a short time to change his mind and return; it would be a shame to lose someone so early in the season. For those of you that have already played him, those results will unfortunately become void if he does not come back. I'm sure you understand that it would be an unfair advantage to keep those points!

For now, we have to wait and see if 9_torres_9 will change his mind or not. He had a tough start to the season and I hope you all agree that it would be a shame if he gave up.

We will keep you informed of the situation.

Just a quick reminder...

If you play a game of minigolf, the score you need to submit is the final score.. i.e. 17-20. This is so if there's a tie break at the end, we can use the amount of shots for deciding the winner.

Also, I have now updated the instructions with the new rule at: http://www.funkypoolevents.co.nr

This means if you leave and the score says you lose by default, you have to start the game again at the current score (including the loss).

Question:i played a game of mini golf before all the comotion of it being taking away and put back again will i have to play that again?

No, you just have to sibmit it again. Sorry, nicknax didn't keep a record of the golf games played already. Thankfully there was only yours and one other that were lost. Sorry for the inconvenience!

i tried submitting the results but this is what it said. "ERROR: You have already hosted a game against str8t_owned."

however the results were

allornothing 3-2 str8t_owned uk 8 ball
allornothing 3-0 str8t_owned us 8 ball
allornothing 3-0 str8t_owned us 9 ball

apparently you hosted us and uk already and won 3-0 in both- i think they were the ones that he submitted........your 9ball games with him appear to have disappeared from the results but are still on the table.....something else for Nax to take a look at later

allornothing, I have added your results for you. It looks like your opponent had already submitted results for uk 8 ball and us 8 ball. I have resubmitted the uk 8 ball result with the correct score and submitted your 9 ball score

Four players from division 3 played games so far and the rest aren't even bothering....the deadline is tonight if they all get deducted points they probaly won't bother doing the leauge anymore

I dont have much of a choice at mo am in min of tryin to sort out my job and the paper work from my house. Its not that I aint bothered I just aint round much at mo

I am thinking of introducing some time frames designed for league players to all come online - obviously people will still be able to play whenever they are on, but this might help people be able to find each other. Do you reckon this could help?

i don't mind i just wan't to make the leauge more exciting

Division 3 is a disaster .
No one is ever online.
Does nicknack plan to expell people from league and replace them.
2 out of 10 players have played enough games.
5 out of 10 players have yet to play a match.

Here's a suggestion .
join division 2 with division 3.

That way we get a bit of enjoyment out of it.

10 points will be deducted for players who do not make the deadline, they will be in serious trouble or being excluded if they do not make two deadlines.

The first deadline is tomorrow, and it's is only fair to give people a chance to make the first deadline before thinking about bringing two divisions together. I'm sure that if games to not get played something will be done, but at least give people time to make the first deadline . Also there is now specific time slots for people to try and come online and play as many league games as possible, which will hopefully get people to come online around the same time.

Hi all,

Due to a technical fault, a couple of figures on the league tables were displaying the wrong values.

This fault has now been fixed and the values have been recalculated.

Also, code is now in place for senior updaters to recalculate the tables again should there be any problems.

Reminder: Saturday at 23:59 is our first deadline. You need to have played 6 games by then.
