Understand what your trying to say. But it was only because the shunt that Glock had that Piquet got where he did, as well as some great team tactics and a strong finish. Hamilton had to do all the hard work to achieve the win!

I still don't think Piquet deserves to be in the seat - takes more than one good race and some fortune to be in F1. And he's be awful for the best part of the first half of the season. He'll have to be driving his heart out from now until the end!

Didn't really see the race today, i saw the Ferrari's not doing well so that was a clear result in my books.

Should of watched the race, then you could of basked in the masterclass of Hamilton.

Massa looked weak. Kimi's car didn't look right - he'll need to get something done about it. Every time he turned a corner it looked like he was fighting with it.

I'm sure I remember someone saying that Silverstaone and Hockenheim are Ferrari tracks and that is suited their longer wheel base?

You haven't been watching the races, so I'm slightly flabergasted as to how you can sit there and make such a judgement like that!??

There was one team order today - Hamilton was faster, much faster than Kovalainen, so he got past him easier than if he wasn't as fast! Other than that they are both given equal opportunity to win.

The BTCC has been ok this year. Some nice scraps as always! Can I just say - BTCC is full of team orders though, Dave. So that might not be your cuppa mate.....


Really Dave, why do you hate him so much? To the point of not admitting that he's slightly better than most!

I can admit he's as good as he's giving. I can openly admit he's leading the championship for a reason.

The reason i can't stand him is because he's constantly forced into my viewing pleasure. Always on ITV, always spoken about, it does my nut in, not forgetting his arrogance away from the media.


As for the BTCC, they don't talk about one driver all the time, and they actually focus on racing at the back as well (if it's close)

The thing that annoyed me was the press conference ... It only showed Hamiltons interview, I wanted to see Piquet's interview.

All in all though it was a good race for mclaren and for Lewis.

You sure about BTCC? All I ever see (and hear) is Jason Plato!

I don't see what your problem is - he's the leading British driver! Of course he's gonna be talked about more than others. Why talk about everyone else more? To be honest I think that ITV give quite alot of TV time to the other drivers. They've been doing profiles of all the new drivers...... As well as Kimi always being spoke about too!

I also can't see how Lewis is arrogant. He's no more arrogant than the other drivers. The way he treats his team is great - he don't win; the team does! He shows alot of respect to his team and his fans - something that alot of sportsman lack IMO!

I'm not so sure disrespecting the smaller teams is a smart thing to do, which he did.

Last time i watched BTCC it was Giovinardi being spoken about.

Oh, not forgetting the fact that James Allen branded him a legend, it made me sick to be honest.

The English media always do show they're own alot more than other people.

The Football commentry is famous for it.

Just look when the F1 goes for a break on ITV whats the graphic they show? a Mclaren car driving round hamiltons head.

Same with tennis when murrays doing well he's British but when he gets beat he's "the scotsman". .

I agree with the formula 1 bit where when Hamilton overtakes someone like Massa the Commentaters just scream out what Hamilton does lol.

But we're British! He's British! Why can't you people see!???? It was the same as when Hill and Coultard were winning races! Blimey!

It seems to be the thing that our TV shouldn't show our Sports personalities with you lot, what's the problem? Will you moan when the Olympics look at our Team rather than the Russian's or American's?
