I'll agree there, but technically, Alonso has downgraded to an underacheiving car.
I have a feeling Raikkonen can do it again this year, he has the confidence to do so after last year.

im not under estimating massa mate hes clearly a pure class driver hense the reason he finished 4 last year alonso this year is in a very average car that shouldnt have the pace to keep up with the ferraris and mclarens and you have to agree no mateer how good a driver you are you can only go what the car will let you

Well, the F1 season is only 3 weeks away and testing for all the new cars is in full swing.
Who's your money on for this seasons challengers?
I think Raikkonen will be looking to defend his title, and drive a more competitive season this time, than he did last year.
Thoughts?

1st Hamilton (no bias there regardless of me being English)
2nd Raikkonen (was good last season but didnt show any solid form and was never leading the championship until the first and last day)
3rd Alonso (still class even if he is a discrace to his nationality)
4th Massa (good but not good enough)
2nd Raikkonen (was good last season but didnt show any solid form and was never leading the championship until the first and last day)
3rd Alonso (still class even if he is a discrace to his nationality)
4th Massa (good but not good enough)

Least he abides by the law...
On December 18 2007, Lewis Hamilton was suspended from driving in France for a month after being caught speeding at 122 mph (196 km/h) on a French motorway. His Mercedes car was also impounded

By saying Hamilton deserved racial abuse? I think not, although it depends which moral law we follow I suppose!
Funny how Renault got all of McLarens confidential stuff too..........

No one deserves racial abuse, but we all know Alonso and Hamilton can't stand each other. Obvious reasons you understand.
Do we expect MORE of a rivalry between these two, or can we see new ones develop, maybe Kovalainen and Massa?

I just don't know who to pick. I expect a good first season from Kovalainen! I reckon him and Hamilton will split the two Ferrari's up!
Alonso will come in fifth of sixth if he's lucky!
Not long left now..............

Who said we HAD to shout about him?
Just because of where i come from means i need to support a person of the same nationality?
If you happened to watch formula one from 1996 to 2000 you'd realise Coulthard was not a person youd laugh at for lack of talent.
Remember, we have the likes of Stirling Moss and Jackie Stewart to shout about...
ADDITION: Yes i'm aware almost every country in the world has had their champions at one point.
But the point i'm making is that you don't have to support someone just because they are the same nationality as you.
I mean >>> Go Raikkonen and Alonso.
Does that make me non patriotic? No it doesn't.

I certainly think Hamilton will just keep getting better and better, almost like Schumy himself!
I've always shouted about Coultard, one of the greatest ambassadors to the sport and always looks after the racers!
And, Dave, mate, yes it does make you un-patriotic!
