Sorry for the absence guys.

A rare old treat for you all to read,
It seems that my time was taken up by greed.
Inconsiderate to leave these folk,
I feel like a darn right forgetful bloke.
But since a sent message from a very good friend,
I felt like my absence should come to an end.
As you know I was busy, but time has returned,
And over these few months theres some things I've learned:
One is to never leave your friends hanging dry,
Another is to always smile up to the sky.
The third is to be loyal,friendly and true,
The fourth is to never, ever be blue.
The fifth one is obvious, a thing we all know,
Its that you only reep,the things that you sow.
So to yours truly, here's a poem for all,
I hope you know I'll be running home -when I hear you call.

Didnt sleep to well last night
Tossed and turned til mornin light
When i woke i cud of cried
Got a nagging pain in my side
Feels so sharp it hurts me too
To ease this pain what shall i do
Take a bath it but it wont go
This pain makes my day feel slow
Tried some tablets they didnt help
Leaned over my bed, let out a yelp
So in my bed i lay so still
Try not to move or it wil kill
Maybe tomorrow it will be clear
I hope its gone this pain so severe

And so the cruise did carry on,
The crew were chirpy with beer and song.
All were tanned from the weather at sea,
The only thing that was missing was me.
And so one fine and brilliant day,
I decided it was best I went your way.
Falling through the clouds at a soft pace,
I landed in my favourite place.
On the cruise is where I was stood,
My feet hit the deck and it felt so good.
With a cold one in hand, a smile on my face,
It seemed that life was at the right pace.
A faithful return with smiles all round,
The sea was calm and the heat was sound.
The voyage continues with the same lot,
The happiness it brung was something I forgot.
But as I say I am back, so people beware,
I'll put on my hat and my captain's stare.
Then put on the bacon whilst you all wake,
Please take me back - for goodness' sake!
