you could have a vote for mods ... and put those people on trial ? is that a stupid idea

thats an excellent idea, then the people chosen are who the users want, and the vote could be open only to experienced users because only they would have an idea on peoples attitudes and behaviour

question for the admins...if theres alot of users complaining about the users u have chosen to b mod do u take action or just ignore it? this seems like its started a massive arguement and all in all isnt it just a game of pool to chill out?? phase is rite with the lack of control at certain times but i kno that cant always be helped...overrated thats a well good idea cuz the public is usually rite.arent they??? if it duznt work out they can always be dropped off..at the end of the day its just a game does it matter who is moderater as long as we can play pool and have organised tournies now and again.and just have fun?? =)

Y dont u designate a night or day or wateva to just 2 mods a night/day to see how they cope like whoevas available on that nite and then the users will kno and so will the admins who is cut out for bein a mod??duz tha make any sense?? is tha a crap idea?? lol

this is becoming popular isnt it, at the moment the new moderators are on trial so they r not permanent, and so if we feel they are not right for the job they will not be staying, but i can assure u that the moderators that stay will be good ones

unbreakable i would first like to say those 2 posts have made my day, my day was pretty boring untill now and boy did i laugh when i read ur posts...ok enough of the funny stuff, i have been on this site far far longer then you and i only just became a mod, u have to be nice and help people around the site and also make urself known to admin, i always helped people around the site from day one but i didnt know a single admin untill about december lol, that was the mistake a made, i advise u not to leave the site and see what happens, and plus leaving the site never works ull be bck i know it
