There's isn't any females in the moderating team at the moment, although I can't imagine being male or female comes into it when we choose who should be moderators.

in becoming a mod???? no way! i was just interested to know how many females were on the team cause i've been doin about this in sociology, where males tend to dominate the high positions in society! And this just proves it! even tho this is a pool game thingy....Now i'm talkin bollox cause i'm shattered.... so night night! xx

i am pleased this came up as i think the author of the topic thought the same as me when they read the new moderator post..that thought was. hmm what on earth are they doing getting this guy in, no offence squeezy but i find you forum antics very childish. i know this site caters for children too, but there are also older individuals who play on here and from what i see the control over the users on the funkypool site is terrible. when i play tournaments now i sit in another room due the the lack of control and the abuse that follows. im often abused on here by children who dont know better, i come here to relax after work and enjoy a chat with many people on here but i do find majority of moderators are very young and they tend to pour fuel on any flames that occur instead of dampening them.

all this said i do feel the job the admins/mods do is quite a good one and also an understaffed one so i can understand the decision to bring new mods in. im just concerned on the choice of mods.

i belive that there should be mods because if there wasnt this sit would fall apart due to the fact that there would be all the people that cheat there way to the top and also the players that just want to make others life on here hell by continuesly being abusive so good on the mod team

the reason y i've become a mod is because i'm on the site more often than most r, dnt swear and help new users. Nuthin to do with the fan club thats just a bit of fun. oh an thnx 4 sayin i'm childish...gr8

Also i'm not a full time moderator yet, its still in the trial period of it.

lets be fair part of the reason people are slagging you off squeezy is becuase they want to be mods 2, i personally feel phase would make a good mod, but i feel i would make a good mod, o and so would squirt/goog/fdampi etc
