No subs for the first 3 weeks, only in the 4th week are they allowed. No clan should feel forced to sub out an active player, any default will be done based on genuine effort throughout the 4 week period. Being online is not classed as effort, messaging and making effort to arrange a suitable date and time is. If players choose to not bother messaging for the first week it would go against both players in default as you have lost 25% of the available time to play the game. If a team has put an inactive player in a game please make sure that as the active player you message the player and do this every 4 or 5 days of the fixture as it will highlight the inactivity without such evidence if he logs back in you would not have proof other than your word against theirs, the failure to respond clearly highlights the issue and would be the same if an active player chooses not to respond as well.

Can you refrain from using capitals please and speak abit nicer, also.

We don't tag opposition members because most don't like being tagged due to emails and notifications. It really doesn't take a lot of work to type your opponents name in to the search bar. In future, I will send a private message to everyone with their games, however.. We will be using the bold template for all our fixtures because it makes it easier to see what fixtures are outstanding later down the line plus dgeneratio made it an easy copy and paste from the clan website.

Also I don't want fixtures reposting that close together, it just wastes room on the thread.
