the work you do is more than appreciated by the majority of people in clans, its only a small minority, that create the tension, without people like you and I will say Sarah
the leagues wouldn't exist, we've lost Sarah and I know she is a big loss to the leagues
why not ask some of the people who create the constant crap to step up to the plate and actually help you

I've said for along time people love the title, but doing the work day to day is what is required, you've lost some one who cared
can people step up and help you, will you accept the help that you require

Well.. If you didn't make evolutions fold I would have convinced Sam to join evolutions ages ago cos Sam loves me. Therefore this whole situation wouldn't have happened.

Also. Because you folded evolutions and I joined FPD .. Mouse felt safe leaving FPD in buckys capable hands because I was there should anything go wrong... And also to balance Bucky out slightly.. Therefore Keith lost his best assistant

Moving my posts here from Dynamos, not that their is anything wrong, just feels more relevant here

and curtis for us (20 days), its all good if you have outside contact and they come on then thats fine (Curt has seen my message so hoping he comes on soon), however the problem is picking inactive players you have no contact with, then you have to hope that the player becomes active and be less sticky.

as much as i hated the rule and badmouthed it last season i have come to respect it and agree with it after a lot of thought as promotes captains to put in active from the start

Yeah true Ash, wasn't aiming it at you but in general, i see a lot of captains do it (Snooker too) as they could leave them in a week then sub, With Keith's rule it is a lot stricter and i agree as much as i hated it last season, it forced me to put in active players and thats only good for the league

Yeah, i see this more on Snooker too, It used to be worse when we had "Completion Bonus" but i still see it but more rare. Other Captains make demands then when the Captain refuses they get accused of playing for defaults, things get heated up to the point where Staff has to Cap for the night.

This is why i respect the rule now as forces inactive to act but active person must keep up the messages or it feels pointless having the advantage of active player

Thats the risk putting in inactive players, If curt stayed off for first 14 days and then fuunky decided to take a vacation then i would expect fuunky to win 2/3 of the weeks which would be 10-5 but then putting in inactive from the start, that 5 could rapidly decrease

Continuing the little discussion from PDs thread can we have a:

No Subs for the 1st 10 days instead of 14 and Subs Allowed for the following 11 days instead of 7?

That way no one is messed about for as long and Captains such as myself can rectify mistakes a lot sooner too. Like rewill was meant to be on two fixtures not one, I copied the wrong list but that's my own silly mistake.

Im not sure what the situation is.. but 10 days here and there just becomes confusing for the runners as well as captains. whereas 2 sundays after the initial release is a piece of cake to remember when subbing becomes available as an option.

Surely captains should know how reliable and active their players are and account for that when making the selections.

It's not rocket science.

I don't think there's any need for a rule change.
Captains should know Player availability and therefore no mistakes to rectify.
