That's just it, they were only the top FCL team once in the last 7 seasons (however long they've been going).
The number one team doesn't necessarily win the FCL every year, we just don't fill our ranks with vile mercenary's, devoid of personality. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll win the FCL in the next 7 seasons now - obviously when all the other teams fold and there's only you lot left!

I concur that the FCL league is the most prestigious. However, being the best clan is about having the most loyal, and classiest people - that stick with you season after season whatever the success or lack of it.
I'm glad one of our favorite clans has finally come out of remission!
PDs have about 6 players + we have had over a year 4 for 3 years... does that make us the best?

I do feel like Pro's are a top team, just not the top team.
Do you only play for the top team then? ... I wouldn't mind that if you were a top player to be fair.

heard obnoxious a lot today and no clue what it means, if i had to hazard a guess it means silly?
i understand why she left as in 2010 when i ran Hustlers on Snooker, i folded an actual fun clan where we played weekly killer to make Dollars & Cents to be a top clan and haven't disappointed, same thing here, she feels Pros aren't a top clan anymore and quite understandable too as we could never fill the hole what was left but done my best to sign some upcoming and fairly good snooker talent.
Will admit it is a body blow but i thought she would join uprising since she wants to be champions.
can we go one better than Wipeout and beat the top clan Uprising to the FCL? time will tell

If you are inferring that Firestorm are overconfident, I'd like to see where we have said anything that is not within the realm of reason. One thing is for sure. I've never heard the captain of Pros say that another team was better than them before season even started.

yes but like i said i am realistic, not going to say we will win everything when you see Uprisings clan, we are 2nd or 3rd to them. still determined to win like everyone else but the power of balance has been shifted from Pros to Uprising just like MVP to Pros before them. I think Harriet sensed that power shift also.
regarding Firestorm the clan was overconfident last season yes saying we will be top 2 etc, i thought possibly top 3 at the time but with Pros, Uprising and Chips n Gravy i think the team was 4th place until Chips got banned then that put you into 3rd for me.
this season i think you will be 2nd or 3rd as this season i believe you have better players. I still think Uprising will be #1 next season with Firestorm and Pros (no order) behind them.

I think he uses the term usual as an opposite of unusual, hence saying the normal people are the usual ones, and he's unusual
