That's a little flippant mate. We've run at 16 players every single season, and we're doing the same this season - with no bench!
To be fair, we've never had a bench either. xD
Actually I figured out the best fix. Everyone in clans plays for Uprising and Pros. And we have 2 teams of like 50 players each and no one actually plays except the top 16 players.

Don't want to Mr Pedantic but as it's written not oral its technically Libel...not Slander.
Mind you,,maybe in the modern world of law a typed response on an internet thread COULD be interpreted as a "oral" response?
I last studied law 18 years ago when the internet probably didn't exist lol and dinosaurs roamed the earth.
I vote for 2 teams in SL.

You have to field a minimum of 2 teams. I think Keith should let you incorporate your bench so you can enter 5!
we got a choice to make guys, in Super League we have option to field two or three teams.
each team will have four players with rest as subs.
two teams - 8 can play with 7 subs
pros - players not crowded with games, freedom to sub
cons - half the team won't be able to play for three weeks
three teams - 12 can play with 3 subs
pros - more players can play games (80% in fact can play)
cons - less freedom to sub, more games so more stress play wise
personal opinion is two teams
each team will have four players with rest as subs.

Is the Bench one of these old fashioned wooden affairs or more like the Premier league Recaro leather seats affairs.

We can't do one team, minimum of two

thanks mate, the way round it is make sure the player plays first then do it before fixture release.
will see how it goes and like dee said i can sense two people being inactive so shouldn't be an issue.
It is up to James how he wants to run his team, the rules allow him to swap and rotate if he wishes. There is a downside doing the rotation as their is only one team list now so if he removes a player, they will no longer be available to play in fixtures that they could have played in, and the player swapping in would be unavailable to play in any existing games that had been released prior to the rotation.

Good point Dave . Also do these leather seats do they have that massage thingy ? And are they them chairs that heat up on a coat winters day ?

Hey people,
I have a fab time with the Pro's, but I keep getting the feeling that it's time to move on.
dvz and been, it's has been a privileged working with you, and securing many titles together.
I didn't ever have a problem with the signings we made, even if people did want to take offence to it. One of the main reasons for leaving is that I'm not too sure I like where the clan is going. Like the inter-clan tournament, we've wanted to do that previously, as we're different from the rest, we're champions, who sign the best players on the site, and retain our titles.
James, you've done a good job in keeping the clan running, and it's nothing personal, but Matty and Richie (+ Dave and Been) kept me at this clan.
