Just make it that once someone is removed from a team they can't join any team until transfer window, including their former team.

Actually I figured out the best fix. Everyone in clans plays for Uprising and Pros. And we have 2 teams of like 50 players each and no one actually plays except the top 16 players.

that would fix it yeah but with site in decline it is risky.

I think abusing the loophole is far more risky for the site or at least the league.

could be but only ways it can be broken...

a) runner changes rules
b) benched player leaves

if neither happen, i will use what resources i have to give my players some games, if someone goes inactive then theres cover.

i still think its because some clans can't get 16 players.

That's a little flippant mate. We've run at 16 players every single season, and we're doing the same this season - with no bench!

I have no problem with James's bench to be honest. You look at his team and you can see at least two inactive players that wouldn't really benefit another team. It's not like the situation when Phoenix Nights killed Black Magic and Ballbreakers by recruiting some of their most active players. That said, I still hold to the belief there are enough players to form another clan and I think it's a massive shame that it's not happened.

It is up to James how he wants to run his team, the rules allow him to swap and rotate if he wishes. There is a downside doing the rotation as their is only one team list now so if he removes a player, they will no longer be available to play in fixtures that they could have played in, and the player swapping in would be unavailable to play in any existing games that had been released prior to the rotation.

I see both sides, but like faust has pointed out, the 'bench players' are players that are currently 'out of service' so would be of no benefit to another team even if they weren't in this one. That being said, if a player didn't want to be here (or anywhere else) they wouldn't be.

we got a choice to make guys, in Super League we have option to field two or three teams.

each team will have four players with rest as subs.

two teams - 8 can play with 7 subs

pros - players not crowded with games, freedom to sub
cons - half the team won't be able to play for three weeks

three teams - 12 can play with 3 subs

pros - more players can play games (80% in fact can play)
cons - less freedom to sub, more games so more stress play wise

personal opinion is two teams

1 team, like we did last season?
