All the posts have been removed because you're only posting to get a reaction on here, as you can see from a new member to the forums there is a reason new members don't join because of all the silly arguments. We will continue to remove stupid and silly posts aimed at causing fights!

If staff have to continue removing posts of this behaviour then people's posting rights might be taken away!

So in your opinion the player was put off by us joking, but nothing to do with the treatment of certain players by indivisuals, i personally and i know others feel the same, that the uncooperative way this clan is run and also tratment of players is putting a lot more new players off and losing existing ones

Really not interested in the details of the matter but posts that are aimed to cause arguments or attack members will be removed from the forums. You can discuss and post without getting personal, if not we will revoke posting rights! Team: Would you like me to stand down? ALL I've ever tried were to make a strong case for other teams to be able to compete with the top two.

Honestly thought we had a good thing going here but the constant ridicule, abuse, torment, goading, immaturity, simplicity from some people over the seasons do take their toll.

Players are dropping like flies and that's not just down to having a change of heart, it's the slanderous comments which are accompanied and associated with my teams and it's territory.

IF you'd like me to stand down then I will, it's not fair on the team first and foremost. Think my time as Captain is over tbh, can't be bothered, when it's upsetting, distressing and pretty much stressing me out off the game. I always said as long as I felt satisfied with what WE can accomplish then I'd go. I'm not content but am also not content with dreading to log on to see what comments or offline messages I'm going to receive each day.

I have Captained some of the best players on here, helped others, always tried my best and for what? Ridicule! I don't think so.

So let me know your decision and I'll go with the majority. Thanks.

ash your a good captain its what they want you to do and to let them win,,,nah m8 stand up like you have been doing and continue to create a good team that can compete but less of the harshness and dont bite just let it go over your head like ive told you on numerous ocassions,,,carry on doing a great job and i hope your team does well next season

I'm not in support of any of the personal digs or posts mocking anybody.
As somebody who was personally treated quite badly by you, (I feel) just because I wasn't bringing in good enough results, I can see a lot of truth in what many people say. We established I was still finding my feet after having only just started playing from snooker, and you even pointed that out and stated you were glad and happy I would be finding my feet with you. Then as soon as you thought you were bringing in much better players anybody (me) you had previously brought in that wasn't up to your standard was out. And you even typed 'she's ALL yours' after the match I played with fran which was to do YOU a favour! Which is quite insulting when you don't even sub in to half of the games yourself, but will readily say somebody else isn't good enough for you. That's offensive to a lot of people and for good reason.
Loyalty and respect brings in players that form a tight, good team, even if it takes several seasons of being bottom of the league. Treating people like trash gives other people a good idea of who they could possibly be playing for and they won't want to be a part of it.
Anyway, I don't think you should step down as a captain, I just think you should re-consider the way you treat people, especially those that take you at face value when everybody else tells them you're not a nice person.

vixen_xox: You make some valid points and I will agree with 50% of your post. You failed to mention the real reason I released you, had nothing to do with results, were more about 'playing and team selection'. As you have clearly and rightfully noted you are new to the 'pool' and are still finding your feet.

The players I had/have here are more accomplished at this present time and i didn't feel it were fair nor suitable to have you in the team where I would being honest prefer to select one of them over yourself if a result were 'really required'. Correct we did speak a few times and I were always left with the thought 'did I say or do the right thing?' for the team.

The fairest option were to release you, give you as much time as necessary to find your feet, enjoy it whilst you do so and I even wished you the best of luck and stated 'you're a good player who's gonna turn in to a little firecracker'.

So I'm sorry i completely dispute and reject your accusations in me being not a nice person when i happen to think i am.

I apologize for the 'STUPID remark 'she's all yours', I wasn't thinking and was more said in the heat of the moment after the constant crap before your final release. For that

Thank you for your apology, I accept it, and I'm very happy with my new team. For the reasons stated above even if I became a legendary pool player I would never be happy here, I think we just have conflicting personalities/styles.
I wish you the best with your team and do hope you manage to keep everything together and go ahead with future seasons.

Even I don't want you to quit Ash! I think ambition overtook you this season, and strained relations between certain teammates, and other teams. Be more accommodating with subs, treat your "lesser" players with more respect and don't sub yourself into games if you're not going to play them - and most of the stuff that you can't handle will blow away.

I have no doubt that losing Harry & Lee is the main reason you've gone into meltdown, but your core squad is still very good - and you have loyalty from most of that core. That's all clans are about. Now show a bit of support to your lesser players, and eventually your clan will organically grow to the levels you want it to (Unless the site dies first.) 2 average players that log in everyday and slowly improve are better than one virtuoso that logs in once a week. And they'll stick with you longer too!

It's been a travesty that the bullying towards Ash has been allowed to go on for so long. It has been years of abuse without punishment. Ash has had many accusations made against him with only a handful being true, of which he has admitted to and apologised for.

Ash's mother is very ill, he is besides himself with worry and all certain players can think of to do is pile the pressure on. Ash is a human being just like any other, with real emotions and feelings. Why you are kicking him when he is not just down but flat on his face is beyond my reasoning.

If threatening to punish people for the way they act is no deterrent then actual punishment must be handed out. You cannot keep drawing a new line in the sand every time someone crosses it. IT NEEDS TO STOP!
