City just aren't good enough to do that, particularly will the difficult teams they're facing coming into some form. At best City are fighting for a top 4 place.
Leicester are the best at coming back from behind and have the fewest defeats. Even under pressure they know what to do. They're the most reliable and i can't see how City would catch up. Even if they won all their remaining games I'd say Leicester have a good chance of beating them.

You say 'cannot and will not be replicated'.
Sorry to burst yer bubble but it isn't impossible.
These teams deserve to be where they are and reap whatever awards and accolades they get.
Still 9 games to go which is about 25% of the season, so early days in my opinion, as much as I'd love to see Leicester or Tottenham do it.
As for European Trophies, I think the Old European Cup, UEFA Cup and Cup Winners Cup were spot on.
The European Cup was for the winners of each League, shoulda stayed that way. Same for Uefa Cup for League Positions and Cup Winners Cup for Cup Winners!!!
I like Claudio Ranieri, Mahrez, Vardy, Kante, Drinkwater, etc - never really understood why they released Knockaert and dislike a Team or group of supporters who think just because they've exceeded anyone's expectations in 1 season they deserve the accolade the same as a more established and world re-known team such as Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool.
IF they finish as Champions then fantastic - absolutely extraordinary achievement but seeing as it cannot and will not be replicated then they cannot be compared to a REAL Big/Major team.
I still think Man City will win the title, I think they'll win every fixture remaining and unfortunately their next Premier League match is vs their Rivals United.
Think Tottenham might fight all the way but won't edge Man City unfortunately.

It would be fantastic IF another team or even Leicester do replicate the great season but being realistic the likelihood of it happening are little or very very slim.
I agree with Zante, a lot if not ALL the top teams will strengthen their team rosters better and more than they ever have done. I can see many of the Chairman or CEOs looking at what Leicester are achieving and comparing to their own sides. Many, well all will be facing a great deal of embarrassment I feel and rightly so.
Next season and I'm praying for United to have a new manager at the helm and the season has the potential to be the greatest and closest contest ever. New managers with awesome credentials, top players reaching their peak age, new teams to be promoted, more wider and larger fan base due to the imminent arrival of Pep Guadiola, possibly Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte etc.
It's awesome to see an unexpected team showing that it's not only money which determines the Champions or title challenges but I personally do not see it being emulated again. I'd like Leicester to win the title for those reasons but happen to think Man City will snatch it from The Foxes grasp near the end, starting with Norwich City.

Man City are 6/1 to win the prem now, you should stick a tenner on if you're that confident

just want to point out before the start of the season Ash said to me that Leicester would deffiantly be relagated and also we have 1 good player in Mahrez, the rest suck.
So Ashs veiws have increased on us at least lol.
But think you should look at you own comments and where we are now before you say we wont be able to replicate the season we just had. my opinions echo zantes, though youd think we would have more money to spend next season even if we do lose Mahrez :( think we can hold on to vardy.
on the CL for me i dont care whos the best team ib the last 10 yeard. icare whos the best in europe at that time. I think Leicesters record is as good as any. Only lost 3 scored heavily. Hey who knows we may suck next season, we have sucked before haha least we made everyone take notice and have a great shot at top 4 where ash's army man united struggling to get into top 4.
Hey who knows in a couple years if we carry on winning ash may become a fan of leicester too

Really have you watched Leicester the same as me??
They kick the ball upfield Vardy chases then thats good football??? thats what stoke of old did and got loads of stick for it
Leicester play by far the better football than any of the 'big' clubs, and have been more successful. They have some very good talent and it'll be about how many they can hold onto and how many good players they can bring in.
Leicester's fan base will no doubt increase plenty this season, and the style they play works and should work next season. I don't think they'll be in the same place next season because all the big clubs will be playing catch up on the summer having all had a sub par league season (Klopp at Liverpool, Pep at City, A new United manager most likely, new Chelsea boss). I think they will be top half definitely, fighting for Euro places but with Champs League pressure I don't think they'll break the top four again.
You definitely don't like Leicester Ash , still think they'll falter this season?

Scotty aka liam, if it works lol.
Though that is one of their attacks, I mean Vardy doesnt score all our goals, just alot of them.
Does seem that Leicester do have some haters, assuming you 2 prefer the usual of the team with the most money, wins....

Not at all i would prefer Stoke to win it failing that Spurs they play good football and they have a lot of good British players.
Plus Stoke should be the pride of the Midlands

I'd like Spurs too tbh - Pochettino is a great manager and proved that when at Southampton - I wouldn't begrudge him the title BUT cannot stand Daniel Levy. Can you imagine his even more smugness???
Noooooooo c'mon Leicester lol -
I agree Zak Man United don't deserve a top 4 spot and I've the first to acknowledge when we've played crap and that's been 80/90% of the season. I've been calling for a change for a looooooong time.
Leicester would be nothing without Mahrez - you lose him you lose your team and the quality on the field. Jamie Vardy has benefited immensely from Mayrez' top play and ability on the ball plus unselfishness and assists.

Penalty... Yeah right!! Ref needs Glasses.

Need to convert this domination into goals, nightmares of that 1-0 come back. I don't think the importance of De Gea to United can be overstated.
23:05 Thu 10 Mar 16 (GMT) [Link]
I agree with that zante - United have been abysmal but that being said Liverpool should be 2, 3-0 ahead. Don't agree with the penalty decision, seems to be the same crap all season. Every player is told you see the penalty area pretend been shot and throw yourself on the ground.
Pathetic.
Speaking about pathetic - United are RUBBISH - lost count how many they've given the ball away. Hoist it forward to Fellaini and he's garbage.
Hope to God Rashford gets taken off or Fellaini but bet it's bloody Depay....hope not!!!

Thank you....Carrick on for Rashford - Fellaini off for Herrera soooooon please.

Great result, but not enough. Could've won it here, I think we'll need an away goal to progress. If United take the lead next week it will be a nervy affair.

And I had a quid each on Firmino and Sturridge to score, mini fist pump

Substance over style (ask any Arsenal fan), though perhaps I meant to say the most successful way. Direct, counter attacking football. Similar to Liverpools SAS, only with a decent defence behind them.
Spurs play well, but too often they have an emphasis on style which is why I feel they will fall short. Arsenal have an absolute emphasis on style and that is why they won't win outright. City too hit and miss, under a manager who knows he won't be there next season so really he is playing for a nice send off. Don't see that being a winning mentality either. Leicester win whether they go behind or take the lead, Spurs draw too much and Arsenal just seem to permanently frustrate their fans.
I don't remember Stoke ever leading a title charge with that style though, so there must be more to Leicester than that
