10 minutes is not enough time for Benteke to have an impact, never mind 1-0 down. Too late really. Mignolet on his knees for no reason for the goal, on his feet and he's a god enough stopper to have had a good chance at stopping that, on his knees he has no chance. I think he's treading on thin ice now. I can see a new keeper in the summer because for one shot on target he's done nothing there.

Gutted to lose him from Aberdeen but he is a top quality keeper and way better than anything else Liverpool have.

I would be happy to do that, but I wonder if there is now too much of a goalkeeping issue to not go out and get a big name keeper to relieve the pressure. I hope he gives Ward a chance.

I Also wish benteke starts more games and gets selected as hes not good to us being left on bench .

Bassong was offside when the ball was lumped up and he went for it so it could've been given (a great hit from a centre back though).

Match of the season by far at the moment - only a 5-5 or better will beat that now - mind you even that might struggle as the quality of the goals were a very high standard too. The attacking intent and intensity from both teams could be very difficult to parallel.

For a neutral it was, for either side it was horrible

To be honest I don't think either side attacked that great, just neither side defended well. I think that was amongst the worst defensive displays this season for both sides. So much ball watching and too many gaps in the middle of the box.

But the drama, unparalleled.

Harry was probably in the ground - he has a season ticket I believe. Yeah I agree the defenses were none existent but compared to a United match the attacking went forward and not sideways. I'll categorize it as good attacking play.

You have a point there. We did more damage on the counter and they did theirs from set plays.

Massive defensive worries for both sides but when you can exploit weaknesses it usually pays off. I wouldn't mind Liverpool going back to the "we'll score more than you" approach to be honest
