Next time i'll stick a deadline on from the off i think (around 3 Weeks i feel, 4 from Semis) as while i respect that it is double FCL for Round/Quarters, Triple FCL for Semis and nearly Quadruple FCL for Final, i do like games to keep flowing and with longer deadlines i feel players relax too much so may not have an option next tournament which will be a Double Elimination event which will be as follows.

Main Competition is unchanged.

Rounds: Best of 33 (First to 17)
Quarters: Best of 35 (First to 18)
Semis: Best of 45 (First to 23)
Final: Best of 55 (First to 28)

Losers Bracket:
Rounds: Best of 19 (First to 10)
Quarters: Best of 25 (First to 13)
Semis: Best of 33 (First to 17)
Final: Best of 35 (First to 18)

Losers Bracket Final would be for a place in the Main Final.

Main Finalist who didn't lose would have two bites of the cherry which meant if Player A lost then would have a chance at redemption. Player B would get one shot only as lost in an earlier round.

Every Player would get two lives.

Thats the format, will use Challonge to keep easy track of the games

Immortal (17) - (16) Buckjam

Easily the most entertaining match i have played since returning. We both had moments where we won a few racks in a row and both had some fluke moments as well. Think i was 9 - 3 down at one point too as Bucky just did not seem too miss. Shame it ended the way it did though Bucky played a nice double on the eight only for the white too go in as well leaving me a straight nine into the middle. Bucky also had two run outs during the frames as well so i might need too steal his break as i came no where close but my combination shots were on point.

Carsten thought he had a relaxing 3 weeks, wrong

Losers Bracket will have a 2 week deadline.

It was a good match. Once again i cant get over that line. I had him really but let a 5 frame cushion dissapear and played some loose shots in the middle. But fair play to Jay, he stuck to his task and cleared when he had to. I like playing games like that, its fun and keeps you focusing. 9 ball is the right game as well as 8bus and 8buk can get tedious if the opponent wants to tuck up.
