I don't like what you write but as its on a page that i am commenting on i have no choice but to read the drivel .... no way on gods earth you watch sky sports online as you would know that Qpr's last game was a 3-2 loss .. and quite frankly if you lose a game you deserve to lose it .. they scored two own goals .. you can't expect to win like that simple. Yes they outplayed liverpool but the bottom line is .... the scoreline reads 3-2 to livepool for the simple fact qpr couldn't convert their chances properly.

Wrong, I don't watch sky sports online try on TV, and yeah they lost 2-3 just before Stoke vs Swansea so yeah I do remember now. A draw would have been fair for Qpr.

Why the hell can't you lot just discuss a football game without falling out

Silly jibes over the silliest things. No more please lads it's getting boring!

This could be a change for QPR if they manage to win! Close at the top and close from 2nd to mid table! Going to be a awesome season!

Was a good goal though crazy, nice half volley. I agree this season's very open and great to see the likes of Southampton siting 2nd in the table. No one could have predicted that, but i've predicted a win for the RRR's tonight hopefully will happen and kick start their season.

That would have been a great goal by Hoilett - caught the post - unlucky.

That makes up for it though - great finish 2-0

Blind was no way a contender for MotM, he was awful. It was even first half, Chelsea dominated largely in the second half and 1-0 was about right. Can't argue about the descent, but to stick with the letter of the law there would be many sendings off for it from every team (Rooney immediately comes to mind).

Chelsea definitely the ones to beat, it wasn't a good result for them and it was for United. That says it all, I think Chelsea are gonna be just too good this year. When Costa is fit they could beat anyone, Even without Remy and Drogba waiting in the wings. United are challenging for top 4 at best, their last chance of silverware is the FA cup.

As good as they're playing now, I can't see So'ton or west ham in the top 4 come the end of season. Still between Arsenal, Liverpool and United with Everton a dark horse. Tottenham I'll write off because they just don't get things right and they don't measure up to the top teams.

Agree Everton are the dark horses, all depends how far they go in the Europa League, that could be a huge factor.

As I see the end of the Season the prediction would be this table:

Chelsea
City
United
Arsenal

Everton
Liverpool
Southampton
Tottenham

Everton & Tottenham could change places.

You bought Lambert!
We signed Samuel Eto'ooo!
Samuel Eto'ooo
Samuel Eto'ooo.

Based on squad sizes and strength in depth, West Ham and Southampton should tail off just after crimbo and finish around mid table. Arsenal don't have the quality atm to finish in the top four but they do have the players and the manager to pull them out the...
We usually go sour around crimbo but hopefully we can dig in now and churn some results out. Dont think anyone are favourites for anything this season lol. I'd hate to predict a single place this year

Liverpool were nice and lucky at the end of the match last night!

Was a good goal by Balotelli, looks like he is starting to move in the box more and finding the ball, rather than expecting everyone else to find him all the time.

It was not a red card offense, a slice of luck, which could have been why we scored from a set piece at the end.

Was a good game, fairer would have been a draw, but we took our chances at the end.

If anything mate it were a red card to Coutinho, he lunged in two footed like a long jump with no sand. I felt sorry for Swansea, a draw at best were a fair result. Chelsea were awful last night vs Shrewsbury they got lucky too. Great come back for Derby vs Fulham from 2-0 to win 2-5 quality stuff. Haven't really seen any side in that competition who would be stand out winners, always better that way.

Quarter Finals next up, nice one. Draw made tonight after City vs Newcastle?

Personally didn't think it was a red card to either, but thats just my opinion.

Derby played great football, 5 goals in 20 mins, brilliant stuff.

Watched a bit of the Chelsea game, luckily as Salah took that wonder shot (lol).

Think Newcastle will give City a very good game, I can't see a full strength city side, and Newcastle will want to try and keep this momentum up.

I'd invite you to read the laws of the game, in no way should Coutinho have even been warned for he didn't do anything wrong. The referee was well within his rights to give a red as the match is at his discretion. On first viewing it isn't hard to see that as excessive force. Retrospectively I can see the appeal being successful, but the referee doesn't have the luxury of a second viewing and/or a better angle. Fernandez made a two footed challenge, Coutinho took a heavy touch but had one foot on the ground at the point of contact. Clearly not a two footed lunge to all but the most biased eyes.

Chelsea have always got that in the bag though, it doesn't surprise me they win luckily because they were very unlucky to draw at the weekend so it's swings and roundabouts.

Fantastic result for Derby, dreadful for Fulham. Newcastle are building a bit of steam after an awful start so I think it'll be a brave performance, couldn't call the result though.

Interesting draw, the way the underdogs have performed there really isn't an easy game into the semis

Considering their is only 2 teams from top 5 last season (Chelsea and Liverpool)

Teams like derby , Newcastle , Southampton , Sheffield United and Tottenham all have a great chance of winning the cup.

The only club i could rule out is Sheffield United , i have no hate on them but i think it will be 3 Prem sides in the Semis and one Championship side

Derby(1) vs. (3) Chelsea
Tottenham (0) vs. (2) Newcastle
Bournemouth (1) vs. (0) Liverpool
Sheffield United (1) vs.(2) Southampton

What do you guys think?

Bournemouth (3)vs (2) Liverpool
Sheffield United (0) vs (4) Southampton

I think Steve McClaren has Derby playing the best ever and their confidence will be soo high after the 5-2 comeback vs Fulham. Tottenham will seek revenge for the Premier League defeat. Tie of the round will be an in form, under estimated Eddie Howe team, this should be a cracking match and i fancy the Cherries to come out on top here. Southampton are just blitzing their opponents, (not such a blitz vs SCFC but a win nevertheless) I quite fancy them all the way to win the trophy.
