You've basically said the favourites will all win/be relegated
Man City will win the league now!!
Chelsea were abysmal vs Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid will win the Final.
3 to get Relegated will be: Cardiff, Fulham and either Norwich or Villa, have inkling will be Norwich sorry Harry.
Derby will win the Playoffs IF they make them in Championship, QPR will fall short, leading to exit for Redknapp and back in Premier with erm....Newcastle United.
Pardew sacked as soon as season completed.

Spanish season for once has been topsy turvy with all 3 at the top dropping points to teams they never anticipated, doesn't make their league similar to the Premier.
When the Spanish sides have as many British players as we do foreign ones then and only then will they be similar. Enjoyed watching all leagues, for competitiveness, pace, atmosphere Premier league wins, for technique and artistry the Spanish wins, for Defending prob Serie A wins. For the element of the unknown and general great football the Bundesliga wins BUT with Bayern Munchen signing all their rivals better players then I fear the league will be like the Scottish one with Celtic at the present time.
Best league in the world is English Premier, more and more players expressing desire to play there and now more teams matching and fighting for the title. Man Utd will be back on top next season esp if get Louis Van Gaal.

I don't see united getting top next season, I think they'll struggle in a battle for top 4.
They still need a massive overhaul similar to Spurs this season and it takes time to gel. Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and even Spurs are all going to strengthen this summer. They aren't likely to sign as many as united, so their teams will all be more used to each other. I can see them catching Spurs up, and maybe Everton if they don't do well in the summer, but the top 4 will take more than a season to catch unless they do terribly (cue Wenger making no transfers). Chelsea and City only really need one or two signings and to get rid of the rubbish and replace them for depth. Liverpool could do with a bit more than that, a bit more depth and a solid back line (which to be fair could be improved with some coaching, because the players have proven themselves in certain games). Arsenal need a couple of carefully picked players, a striker for sure and they may need a few replacements if they lose players. United need to compete in the market with teams in the champions league, reports are they've already lost out to a team in the champions league next season (Lallana). They're bound to lose more and it could become a gamble for them signing players further down on their managers wish list, never mind selling off a lot of players that don't cut it and trying to hold onto players that actually do.

I can see Arsenal being up there too especially if rumours are true. Fabregas, Draxler, Benzema, Remy. Personally they need some wingers, they got Walcott but injured, Ozils number 10 position, The Ox likes to cut inside. They will sign French players i reckon so guess would be Menez (Jeremy).
United, need to replace the dead wood so to speak, Young, Fellaini, Nanu three for sure. Out Vidic, Evra, Ferdinand, Cleverley, Fletcher, Smalling overrated. IF they can replace the dead wood then they will be able to rekindle a spark and hopefully bring back the passion when they play.
Liverpool, not far from the top, I personally don't like Johnson (overrated) and Skrtels not as good and consistent as before. Sakhos useless, they need play Assaidi when back from loan, a very good winger.
City will just try buy all Uniteds targets as per usual

I think they'll get Remy, the others wold do better to steer clear really. For Fabregas and Benzema it's a complete step down (for Benzema he would have to look at how Ozil has stuttered at Arsenal). Draxler can find better first team football elsewhere I think, though a move away might notbe a good one unless Schalke start offloading their starlets.
That's just 9 players that you've mentioned, there's a couple more I would add but I don't think they'll all go. They need to replace them all, I think for those nine 50 million is a kind estimate for united to have. Add in the 200 for the new manager and that's a decent 27-28 million per player. But they'd have to overpay for players they really want. I see them making about 6-8 signings and not quite being up to scratch. They want Ronaldo and the likes of him who would cost in excess of 60 million (Ronaldo would cost more no doubt). I just don't see it happening In one season for them.

Surely Spain shows this also, levante beating a very in form atletico, a weak Valencia drawing with an in form real Madrid, I think both leagues are equal now.
thats what i said lol
The Premier League is different class to any league on the planet
as the last 3 weeks have shown
anyone can beat anyone
no other league shows this

The transfer ban on Barcelona has been lifted they are selling 5 players, Alves, Fabregas, Sanchez, etc. Sanchez at United would be good to see, play on right wing, switch Valencia to left or sell him too, Kagawas not been played enough and is a top quality player when he is.

Man City get fined £49m that's nothing to them and have to play only 21 players in Champions League next season - what a joke punishment.
Now that gives them more reason to make the 21 players top notch quality and rule out more youngsters.
Rubbish Decision, should have fined and banned them from 2 transfer windows.

Should have deducted points from citeh for this season, just 3 will do.

The ban was never going to be in place for this summer, they now have to bring in all the players they want in preparation for a ban. They never had a ban on selling players, so I can't see much difference there. They shouldn't sell their top players, or at least not more than one. Alves might go because of his age, but it's more about bringing in players than selling them.
City's fine will limit them in the CL, they will struggle next season so earn less money from it. It is going to have an impact, that's one or two less players for them to sign and a warning for next time. To me it seems a bit strange to give them a fine effectively for making a loss, that would just put them in more of a mess. Give them some on field sanctions like the squad cap, or even put them into the qualifying stages instead of automatic entry. A ban from incoming signings might be good too, though harsh for this first time. I think a complete ban from CL should be the harshest punishment available for repeat offenders

I think a deduction of points should be the harshest of punishments, imagine the difference it would cause for this season, minus 10 points (or something) and then city would then struggle to be in the champions league. Imagine how much money that would set them back not being in the champs league, and also losing out on the £800k per place prize money.
Would soon make teams think twice...

I think that's not really feasible mate. FFP is a UEFA matter, league standings are an FA matter. UEFA shouldn't really get to issue punishments for English domestic competitions.
It's the same way match bans for cards only apply to the sorts of competitions they were received in. Players with bans in English domestic competitions (from the FA) are eligible for European games (UEFA controlled), and players with bans in European games (from UEFA) are eligible for English domestic games (FA controlled)

its funny that we are targeted!
Bullshizzle! Just other clubs that are not making any money being targeted?
PSG Chelsea Barca Madrid?
If the owner is willing spend his own cash even at a loss and is happy with it there should not be a problem...
football is all commercial now so money is going be a massive aspect... EPL wouldn't be one the leading leagues if this carries on.. teams will have to budget around there income bringing in less talented but would be good for the national side...
its a funny fact that OPR wage budget this year was more than At Madrid!

there is just the minor thing of QPR not actually being in FFP yet...
This is the first season they are involved, and for the championship there is no projection of expenditure and only 1 season is looked into instead of over 3. If they get promotion they'll fall foul. So the best thing for them is to not get promotion until they can balance the books over the 3 seasons
