It'd be hard for Liverpool to win the title now, but not impossible (even if City win their remaining games). We just need to absolutely rout Palace and Newcastle. A lot easier said than done. Though Villa and West Ham should be tougher games than Newcastle at least.

It's only over at the final whistle though.

and hope city dont score to extend the goal difference if city where away id think lfc had a chance but 2 games at home against a team they destroy in carling cup and u never know what villa will turn up
free flowing scoring liverpool hasnt happened in past few weeks itll need to turn up tonight and newcastle to have a chance

got no chance if brendan or the players do what they usually do score 2 gls and shut up shop for rest of 90 and go for it in last 10 mins got to kill game off and score as many as we can and dont get caught in opponents half and countered on

I think they've learnt their lesson there. Way things are it's all about firepower for 90 minutes and literally score the goals to get the title. Nothing to lose now and 2nd place is a massive achievement for us.

Jose Mourinho finally admits Chelsea needs a striker and criticises the defensive approach where teams turn up for a clean sheet rather than to play.

Was anyone else tired of him long ago this season? Thinks he deserves more than he does, uses an approach that other teams use successfully against him and he slates. Hypocrisy and blind devotion and bias towards his own team. Yawn.

Nothing is a gimme, who would have thought that Chelsea would be held to a draw at home, or even lose at home to teams lower down in the league.

As Zante has mentioned, anything can happen, nothing is set in stone until the final whistle, on the final day.

Anything can happen comes back to bite me in the bum rather quickly...

Well done Palace for sticking it in there, but we should've blown them away with the chances we had. Gutted, with the Chelsea defeat and now this draw the optimism is gone. We need City to lose one of their games or draw both and it's hard to see it happening with the momentum back in their favour. At least we should get a good match at Anfield to end the season on but if City beat Villa then I don't expect much.

Chelsea don't need any goal scorers they've world class strikers there, whats missing is service

they've never hammered teams, for a long long time
they need a creative midfielder who can open up defenses
they have the money

still playing Lampard speaks volumes
he has been a great servant but in world class team like Chelsea
bye bye

i watch Chelsea play over and over again
no natural width all they do is swamp the middle game in game out, season in season out

Sunderland beat them by exposing a simple fundamental flaw

Man City will win the league now!!
Chelsea were abysmal vs Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid will win the Final.
3 to get Relegated will be: Cardiff, Fulham and either Norwich or Villa, have inkling will be Norwich sorry Harry.
Derby will win the Playoffs IF they make them in Championship, QPR will fall short, leading to exit for Redknapp and back in Premier with erm....Newcastle United.
Pardew sacked as soon as season completed.

Surely Spain shows this also, levante beating a very in form atletico, a weak Valencia drawing with an in form real Madrid, I think both leagues are equal now.
