Found this few pages on not sure if will help..

2 and a half hours and still trying to access pool and when I do inevitably get connection failing and once again logged out!

Jim I went though that for a week solid till I changed ip and bingo, I could login straight away..

I'd reinstalled java countless times with no joy, virus and adware scanned, defragged and verified latest java was installed and working... but game still said it wasn't

Ive done the same defrag etc, download Java, reinstalled Java still no Joy, this has been going on for over a month as it was the same before I went away to work. 4 hours of trying to access with no joy!

Have you updated your anti virus or anything like that..

reason im asking is because something on anti viruses think its the link scanner interferes with java script.

We had a problem like this on snooker and when we disabled anti virus it worked and then turn it back on after.

The anti virus I have is McAfee and hasn't been updated or changed since I have had it

Uninstalled McAfee and tried with no success, re installed it and still Javascript required

Try this Jim, if it worked for Colin, it may work for you my friend. Or you can this..

1. you log in
2. you hit play (it says eg. "Congratulations you have the required javascript)
3.Hit play again, straight away!!



Many many times in my playing time on here, i have hit play, and it says congratulations you have the required javascript, and i hit play again, and it loads game browser and works fine. Every time it does that, and i hit play again it works 100% of the time.

Its not really a solution to the problem sniper, just a way of getting round it in the meantime. Its doing my head in

I dont have the opportunity to hit play as its not available to hit!

Why all of a sudden at around this time in the evening I can log in with no problems at all!!

I am the same and i got a feeling its based on location.

Jim that's exactly what happens to me when using 'Firefox', its as if the 'Play' key is a dead link...

With Internet Explorer its responds when I click 'Play' but stalls at the (0 - 90s) screen..., same for Chrome & Safari..

When using an East Coast USA ip I can login anytime, but dislike using it as its slow as hell..

I'm in UK, using Windows 7 64 bit and latest Java...

I only use ie, only installed firefox as a possible solution and have uninstalled it.

I still get the connection failing gthough and lose so many gmes as there is nothing that I can do!

What Internet Service Provider do you both have ?

Trying to narrow this down as i cannot log in from midday till around 8:30pm.

My ISP :BT Broadband
My Location :North East Scotland

So what about my temporary solution? whats that mean...nothing? just a stupid glitch that happens time to time?

My ips Sky, Location Belfast..

The temp solution works for all Sniper, as far as I'm aware

Was wondering, cuz i NEVER got feedback on if it helped or not..:P only reason i asked
