Javascript is used on this website to open the game window and to enable advanced features.
In the following box is a small script to try and establish whether Javascript is enabled in your browser:
Instructions to enable Javascript in Internet Explorer
1.On the "Tools" menu click "Internet Options"
2.Click the "Security" tab
3.Click "Custom Level..."
4.Scroll the list down to "Scripting". Underneath Active Scripting ensure it is set to Enable
5.Click "OK", "Yes", "OK" then close all Internet Explorer windows before re-opening
Verified Java Version
Congratulations!
You have the recommended Java installed (Version 7 Update 45).
Why when I try to log in it says Javascript required when clearly I have the latest version

maybe try turning your laptop or computer off and then turning it back on , that might help
or
maybe you need to upload the latest java as your java might be out of date

well i dont know much about computers im afraid , i was just giving you some ideas what happens to me
maybe get rid of your java and then download it again , that might work

You can only access through a proxy? Odd.
I honestly have no clue I'll refer someone with better knowledge to the situation such as spinner or raptorman. I'll also file a bug report.
Nick should be on this weekend, so hopefully he will see it and be able to help.

7 hours of trying to access only to be told javascript required however I have the latest downloaded on the computer.

What add-ons do you have running? I can imagine if you have NoScript running that will be stopping Javascript.

Add ons to your browser. Like Ad-Block etc...

Dont have any that Im aware of. I have just added firefox though but will most likely uninstall that when all rectified.
