So if you wanted to play in any voluntary leagues you would have to volunteer the info or not be allowed to join. You are breaking no site rules or privacy rules, just simply setting out stipulations in order to gain access to the league. All completely voluntary!

As I said the voluntary ones are fine - its those that don't volunteer the information where the issue lies.

But if they dont 'volunteer' it and are found to have had a user name then they are not welcome in the non admin associated privately run leagues.

The only way I could ever see that happening is if the Leagues were run completely outside of this site - and that included completely outside of the forums. Even then enforcing anything would be impossible as there would be no way of evidencing most offences so would just see subjective decision making by those in power and would just degenerate into a vigilante type environment. That also happens on here now but at least there is a recourse when it does happen.

The reason behind the rule is to stop a player that is losing simply leaving the game and the clan then replacing them with another (maybe better) one to complete the unplayed racks. There needs to be sanction against any player leaving a game like that, and being removed from the clan is that sanction.
However the rule of allowing any game to be replayed as long as both clans agree is an alternative solution that has been used a couple of times. As long as League Runners have the right to refuse to allow this if it is believed to be an abuse, or to the detriment of any third party clan, I don't necessarily see a problem.
Obviously a separate rule exists in SL which allows a replacement player to be subbed in at any point but does not allow them to score any further points for the clan in that game.
The replaying rule isn't great as our guy is 9-3 up and it was there players fault.
I get the feeling i might get stick for this reply haha, but its more the time invested.
Hey guys I do'nt like the rule that with a partial played game a team has to remove a player from the team to make a sub.
Wouldn't it be better if the player who left the game was 5 days offline the team can make a sub with the other team agrees?
As we have the same situation with underdogs and would happily let another player play.

Quite right you don't replay it in my view. Why should any team have the ability to unilaterally bring in a replacement, particularly if, for example, they needed a better player to win the last three racks?

It's 3-0 their former player (who they have since removed) left due to being tired. Thanatos has made every intention to myself that they will be on and surprise surprise they are. Unfortunately maverick isn't on at this time of night.
I were not prepared to REMOVE an active player who happens to be a VICE in Phoenix Storm just because they aren't online the same time as their substituted player. That is where I stood my ground and will not be bullied or hassled into submission.
My Vice (thanatos) has done nothing to warrant removal from the team and I'm glad I didn't budge as you can see they are online as originally explained to myself. (actually earlier)

Hi league runners this whole clan leagues has become a joke down to 3 or 4 stupid people who get personal and nasty cheat and manipulate clan to there advantages plays for defaults imposable to sort with.
i will be folding ballbreakers unless u find someone to run and leaving this site i not only person who fill like this i know of several players who do just hope they got guts to stand up and be counted too.

Nope not at all, that was 2 Seasons ago and they have had plenty of players on their roster since. So don't go trying use that old chestnut again.
I'm sure BB's will be fine, maybe Sean could take it on after all is starting his own team next season, just an idea.
I would have taken yours but I remember no one will EVER leave Uprising for Phoenix once so I gave up, 1 Season later happen to have 2.
