in your last team it would appear you were left in the lurch, not really knowing what to do, I think a well done to you for doing your best was probably in order, rather than the public crucifixion you've suffered over it, running a clan for the first time isn't easy that's a fact and having no one to turn to either couldn't have been to easy for you

running a clan has a learning curve, people make mistakes you did well in my opinion holding that clan together and overall respected most people ( something some other clan members could do with learning before jumping on you)

so again good luck with this team, hopefully people will see you've learned a bit from a couple of mistakes, but at least you were truthful and up front about them, unlike some clan members, you only have to read clan threads and some of the disrespect shown to one an other, is despicable was your comments so much worse

I will say Thank You Craig, nice to hear some uplifting words about me than the exact opposite I've endured for the past god knows however.

My main priority and concern is to get this team in the League, trust every single player, not hassle them at all, have regular updates on their matches and let them do all their talking on the baize.

Team is looking really good, a few hic-cups on the way, but nothing we cannot handle as a TEAM
