Another clan captain directed me to rule 1.10...
1.10 Forming a new clan
New clans are permitted entry into the League only between seasons, at the discretion of the League hosts. A player wishing to form their own clan must have experience of playing in a clan for a minimum of two full seasons and must also demonstrate good leadership in preseason qualifiers.
Should any player wish to be a clan vice captain they must have at least 1 full season on their current username.
You do not have a full season on this current name. I have to follow the rules - all other C's and VC's have the necessary experience bar __sniper__ had special permission from the league runners.
I hearby ask for such special permission to apply myself as a V/C during the new season please.
Vice Captain was chosen by Ash and i have heard no chirps or cheeps from the runners regarding it unless they do so DIRECTLY to myself and break rules again i am the clan's Vice Captain.

I am sorry it doesn't work like that, __sniper__ ONLY got to be acting VC to prevent BBs folding mid season whilst blackcabman7 had internet troubles and staffie_man being inactive. __sniper__ was the only one with any notable experience.

Stay mate, it's only a title, me and you came up with the idea along with one other person (I won't mention their name) for us to set up a team, we have done that now, a very good one in the making.
